    Never had a problem returning stuff to Walmart or Target. Best Buy is another story. They like to give you the run around and pretend they can't look up a previous purchase (at least the ones in Columbia, SC).

      What kind of TV is this?

      I bet it's a Sharp Aquos...

      I had the same problem, thought the TV was dead, and after numerous search, I found a fix. You will need to open up your TV though... Let me know what model TV you have.
