So what is everyone favorite songs from the 90s? I posted video of mine earlier, but they were "Jumper" and "Semi Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind.

Nirvana - "Smells Like Teen Spirit" = greatest song ever though

                then there was...

Robin Williams was at his near peak. Mrs Doubtfire and Hook own my soul.

I love Hook. And Mrs. Doubtfire was awesome. Plus, the voice of Genie? Hell yes.

The 90's music, sports, tv shows, movies etc... had quality and made it a classic era. People actually gave a damn back then and strived to put out greatness.

Every generation says this about the decade they grew up.

Hell yeah. Looking quickly at imdb, I am also reminded of Jumanji, Toys, the Birdcage, Bicentennial man, Jack.....

He and Rick Moranis are the two actors that make me feel like a kid again.

The code of conduct now is out of control. Everything lacks passion, everything now is just copy cats, and microwave success. The gay stuff has become way too commercial.

That statement holds true to certain things like having a black president, technology aspect like cell phones, internet convenience, mp3 players etc...

But honestly the entertainment business is just not creative and driven as it once was. I can respect the 60's, 70's 80's even though those were not my era's. I find a lot of things back then having quality, and passion. I listen to a lot of the music and watch classic shows, and movies from those era's. Now a days its more about money then quality.

Well, the past certainly has that edge of having weeded out all the crap that overshadowed the quality stuff back then. You don't have that luxury in present time. Pretty sure the same arguments have been said since the early 50s, if not way before then.
