What no one is mentioned is who she is cheating on Walt with.
Beneckey or whatever his name is - is a white collar criminal. Skyler even confronted him on it and he gave the same speech walt did only less involved.
he is 'cooking' the books and walt was 'cooking' the meth - the difference is that walt can and did stop and the other guy has to keep doing it to keep him and his business afloat.
It's an interesting social dynamic and comment happening here: Skyler seems to be ok with the white collar fraud and not Walt's venture. One could even argue that in Walt's crime no one is cheated out of money and that all transactions are consensual.
I'm wondering if they will keep this kind of social commentary subtle like it is now, or potentially have someone like the Walt character discover the fraud and roast Skyler for it. It's interesting. If it were to stay subtle it's only there for people who a) notice it b) spend a bit of time thinking about it
I'm sure this will surface more as the show goes on, but I like that how during the cheating with the sex and all that, the fraud wasn't in any conversations allowing you to forget about it in a way so that it wasn't too obvious.
