That is really not my point. My point is the little girl was not allowed to go see Wanted and yet she has her daughter do the part. Ch Ching! That is my point.

But apparently Interview With A Vampire is one of her favorite films?

Either way, from the interviews I've read and the first sentence of the quote I posted, it seems that Chloe understands what she is doing is pure fantasy and goes about it in a very mature way.

Still does not make it right. This is not what a parent should have for their kids. But money talks and mommy listened. I would not want my kid cussing like a sailor. But that is cool, I am done. I am looking forward to the movie she is bad *** though. How did she get so good at fighting, put a spoiler tag or PM if you can?

                  Really?

This movie and the fact a 13 year old girls swears in it, is the sign of moral degradation in America?

First of all, who's morals? And of all the things out there in the media that our kids are exposed to, not just in movies but even on regular TV, swearing and using language like that, is to me the least concerning.

But alas, people need something to complain about and blow out of proportion, no matter how asinine.

A 13 year old swearing, yeah that's never happened before and a sign of the downfall of America's morals. I love it.

bk, I am pretty sure I have seen you bitch about individuals swearing in front of your kids. If you're willing to make a stink over such a minor issue of an F-bomb being dropped when you're out for dinner, then don't get all in a huff when others complain about kids being given the green light to run around screaming curse words by their parents...for money no less.

Yes, it is a degradation of our morals. You wouldn't think of saying "c_nt" or "f_ck" in front of your parents, let along expect them to root you on when you do so. It may just be fantasy, but you can't tell me when you were a kid such an act would be acceptable.

lol, OK, so you would let your daughter do this movie, that is cool. I have stronger morals for my kids. They can't cuss and they can't be disrespectful to their parents and they have to be respectful to others. But those are just my morals.

Went to see this movie and loved it.

And for all of you complaining IMO theres a difference about hearing an kid at the table cussing for no reason and acting the fool and an kid in a movie getting paid god knows what cussing for entertainment that other kids wont hear unless their parents take them to see it. As long as the kid doing the cussing knows the difference between acting and real life I don't see the problem.

Just like the whole, "I played gta and thought it was cool so I did the same thing bit". It gets annoying.....-_-.

                          Maybe its just me eh

Great movie from beginning to end! All I got to say is wow!!!

Unbelievable with what they got away with, and it was explicit as hell. I loved it from beginning to end.

I saw it last night and thought it was pretty good. Not great, but solid. Nicholas Cage was great.

                              "Ah, child..."

Also, on the big controversy about Hit-Girl: She just said a few curse words. I'm sure when shooting the violent scenes it was nowhere near life-like. A lot of us were saying stuff worse than "I'm just ****in' with you dad," at that age. No big deal, IMO.

Was there a bunch of guys up in arms on here when Role Models came out?

I still do not see how cussing, cussing in a movie no less, is a sign of the times and degradation of American values/morals/ethics whatever. The fact that people are raising such a fuss over a couple words is probably making things worse than Chloe actually using the words.

For anybody that has seen the movie, Kick *** brings up several topics/themes that, to me, are far greater things to worry about about our society than a child actress doing her job.
