            Love the comics, loved it in the theater, and popped the disc in when I got home and LOVE it on Blu-ray.

                        I completely agree. On the movie itself, it was certainly interesting. Loved the fights, but i'm not sure if i liked the movie or not. It hit you kind of hard with its references, its one of those things you have to have an acquired taste for.

                        And someone mentioned his Gay roommate, he made that movie that much better

                                I was referring to a threesome. I would love to have a threesome with Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Ramona and Ellen Wong as Knives.

                                            Just rented off of zune. Definite buy for me. Very unique, funny and the action was surprisingly awesome. I love the fact everyone is a kung fu master...only in a perfect world.

                                                            My jaw was on the floor for days after originally seeing the film in theatres, I told everyone I knew about it and, turns out, no one wanted to see it. But they sure loved watching the same-old-same-old Sly Stallone shoot 'em up instead (ugh).

                                                            The theatre I saw it in was such a dump, there were only 5-10 nerd couples there, along with my nerdy self, which made the atmosphere all the more authentic. But the theatre was almost grindhouse-like in its dumpiness, the film had an awkward tint, there was popcorn and junk on the floor...and because of that, no home video presentation will ever match the feeling of sitting in that place, late at night, with only a few others and just being blown away by this film's visuals.

                                                            I blame Hollywood promoters and the reluctance of the public for SPVTW flopping. It's a complete injustice that disposable films like the Twilight series can make hundreds of millions worldwide and creative, original ideas (albeit pastiched) like Scott Pilgrim can't. It's a shame, but that's the industry today.

                                                            Kudos to Edgar Wright and Bill Pope for making such a visually-rich film. Even with my cynicism it's great to see something come around that truly opens my eyes to mainstream American cinema again.
