At least we get one more season. I think if the rest of the cast stays on, The Office will still be a good show, but it will never be as funny without Michael.

For some reason I'm not bothered. I haven't watched the last two seasons. I don't know what it was - but it was funny for a season or two then it just got kind of stale.

I'd like to see him do something else on TV.

This can only help the show. Michael became stale after awhile; nobody can be that dumb.

Stephen Colbert would be about one of the few people besides Ricky Gervais (who would never do it) who could replace Carrell.

but after watching Community and just watched every episode of Parks and Recreation it doesnt really bother me at all. Community is down right hilarious with that group and Parks picked up steam in the 2nd season and I cant wait for fall.

I'm assuming Dwight will take over management which should be interesting/fun.

I don't like Dwight as the leading manager. I like him better trying to be better than everyone and when he has the power it just isn't funny example- Schurt Bucks episode was terrible.

I watched Community and Parks & Recreation and thought both were boring. Maybe they've gotten better though, I watched them right when they started.

I felt the same way with both. Then on separate occasions I caught episodes that were hilarious and then I watched every episode with both shows and they are great.

Man...I was late to viewing this show regularly, but no show makes my wife and I laugh as much as this one. We love it and are BIG fans now...only to see one of the best characters/personalities leave. Can't blame him though if he wants to spend time w/ his family. Seems like a genuinely good guy.

Dwight is by far my favorite on the show though. That dude is a riot!

I wouldn't call myself a regular viewer of either show, but Parks and Recreation and Community did get increasingly better in time.

I disliked both shows (especially Parks and Recreation after Season 1), but was impressed when catching an episode or two last season.
