Is the California "justice system" the biggest joke in the country? To get 90 days in jail, what would the judge have to actually sentence her to? A year in jail?

lol, The system is a joke. I have a friend who did 9 years 7 months for a murder he didnt do. HIs original sentence was 25 to life. They realized they made a mistake and told him, sign this deal of manslaughter and we will let you out. 2 years later, they try to get him for something else, he's been in Sacremento county Jail for 3 years and they still havent charged him. How great is that? Not to mention he has a 3 year old boy that he never really got to be around. Great judicial system

Its like prison, but only in the sense that she can't leave. The place shes going to is probably a spa. She'll have to talk about her issues, stay clean, and then be cared for in every way. Its not the happiest place in the world, but its hard to feel any sympathy. lol

Rehab isn't prison......especially rehab for the wealthy. Their rehab is like a freaking 10 star resort. Going to be dining on lobster and wine all day everyday. Sun bathing by the pool, getting massages. Then they will talk to a counselor about their issues and childhood.......THAT"S IT for a wealthy person rehab.

Why you think so many celebs go in and out of rehab ????? Because their rehab is a JOKE. Nothing like your average person rehab place at all.

The judge switched her rehab center from a plush one in Newport Beach to a more "comprehensive, strict and down-to-earth" one at UCLA.

She will be subject to random drug testing until the end of her probation in August 2011.

Charlie Sheen got no jail time, only 30 days rehab, and three months probation.

We all love Lindsay, and unfortunately we express it in the wrong way. Why are we writing?, why do we act interested?. . .because we are. Even Obama knew she was in jail when he was asked on "The View". Well, she is out now and she seems busier than ever. She is on the cover of maxim and I just saw a trailer for "Underground Comedy 2010" starring Li-Lo and the Sham Wow Guy. This trailer is nuts and I have yet to see anything this offensive and fun looking. I definitely want to check it out. Thoughts?

That reminds me of a movie I saw a long time ago, late 80's-early 90's time frame. It involved a lot of skits like that too. There was one, where they were doing some type of game show where they let a guy out of prison. He had not seen a woman for a long time, and he was very malnourished. They placed a cooked turkey and a woman in front of him to see which he would choose first. He grabbed the turkey and started having sex with it and eating it at the same time. Anyone remember this?
