If Gamecock is still around I would love your help with this one. Long story, but I'm wondering your opinions about this exact model of TV here on Dell.com. I've heard Vizios are pretty good quality, but I'm wondering your opinion after you helped me make the buy on my LG.

If anyone else has an opinion about this particular model or Vizios in general, that would be appreciated greatly.

Got another LG recommendation for you. When you figure in tax, that Vizio will come out to around $370-380 depending on what state you're in.

This LG offered on Amazon, will be the almost the same price (assuming you don't live in one of the few states that Amazon taxes) but give you better performance/features.

        http://www.amazon.com/LG-32LD350-32-...9712135&sr=8-3

        3 HDMI inputs--LG vs. 2 HDMI inputs--V

Twice as fast pixel response (4ms--LG vs. 8ms--V) which would make it better for gaming or any fast moving images.

The Vizio has slightly better speakers (14W--LG vs. 20W--V) but the LG also gives you a headphones jack.

The LG should give you a better picture out the box and LG has one of the best, if not best, user controls for tweaking the picture.

And lastly, the LG comes on a swivel stand.

One other suggestion, if you happen to have an ipod and willing to spend $20-25 more. http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-TC-L...9714019&sr=1-2

The Panny has similar specs. Slightly better sound, but no headphones jack. Panasonic doesn't list a pixel response time, so I'd assume it's a standard 6 or 8ms. The Panny has a SD card viewer in case your digital camera uses that. Obviously, Panny is the more established brand.

I'd take either of those over the Vizio. All of these are 2010 models so I'd want to see them in person. Any Best Buy should have the Panny and LG. Probably have to go to a Walmart or Target to see the Vizio.

        Good luck.

SIDE Note: Vizio's can be a great value, especially on a budget. However, if you can step up to a more established brand for little to no extra cost-- UPGRADE.
