That's a tough one. Probably Version 2.0 is the best overall (and the one the two songs from the video are from), but Garbage (their debut album) has to me their most iconic song (Only Happy When it Rains) and several other great ones. I'd rate the two albums pretty equally with "Bleed Like Me" trailing not far behind.
