Like Dayman, I am starting to hate EW more and more.

Then again, I'm sure they're doing it just to drum up hits, and if so... touche, EW.

This whole "God forbid he makes fun of TBS" stance they seem to be taking makes me think they've forgotten how often he made fun of NBC when he was on that network.

In the comments, they try to explain it too. I imagine the writer is just stubborn about that point.

The point that really kills me is the point about Ted Turner.

TBS founder Ted Turner (okay, it was Will Forte) riding high on a buffalo (okay, it was stuffed), cursing out the crowd for being a bunch of “marijuana smokin’ Fig Newton eatin’ beatniks.” Cute, but we couldn’t help thinking how cool it would’ve been to have the real Ted on the couch.
Cute? And wanting TT actually there instead? It's a great bit! Good day, EW.

        I SAID GOOD DAY!

I hate how every critic, columnist, etc. ever that has written about a late night talk show host gets upset that they don't radically change the format of the show for some reason. It's puzzling to me.

Yea, that's what really puzzles me: people criticizing a late-night talk show for being too much like a late-night talk show.

That's like asking a Soap Opera to stop being so much like other Soap Operas.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer

The hoarder was classic, but I think I was about to die during the beginning of the Local News Roundup where Andy's shirt got swallowed by the greenscreen.

                  "I'm newsghost!"

Terrific. Also, Cera gained a lot of points in my mind. He starred in Scott Pilgrim, he contributed to Weezer's most recent album, and he name-dropped Tim and Eric.

After watching that, I recalled he was on Tim and Eric Awesome Show as the main character in Kitty Cat Man, but still.

Julie Bowen might've set a world record tonight for most leg shown on a late night talk show.

Good Lord. It was like she wasn't even wearing anything below the waist.

It's as if they've never watched Conan before. Whatever.

The comedian tonight was hilarious. Good stuff there. What, you don't like fishing?!
