Your tv is less likely to be damaged when ordered through Amazon than bought at Best Buy. Through Amazon, the tv has to go from the manufacturer to the Amazon warehouse to your doorstep.

Best Buy it goes from the manufacturer to Best Buy's warehouse to a Best Buy store to be most likely unloaded by a high school kid working a part time job that tosses it around all over the place cuz he could care less about it. Then to be picked up by you.

Now I am thinking of getting the Samsung KS8000 49 or 55 inch. So if I do that I would be going 12-18 inches bigger then what I have now.
        From 32" to 50" . In my bedroom, I have a 40" tv and a 80" picture via a 3D Acer HD Projector.

Have a projector downstairs that can throw a 110" screen on the wall.

I don't like that site at all. I bought the Hisense for the bedroom and don't agree with half of what they said about it. It's a stellar set, and if you want a great way to enter the 4k market, with a tv that doesn't feel entry level, BUY THIS SET.

Kind of off topic. Does anyone know the best place to sell a TV? I have an older SONY 4K tv that I'm trying to sell so i can buy a newer one with HDR. I've tried Craigslist and Offerup and other San Diego websites. Any tips?

Try the classifieds section on AVS Forum.

If HiSense was more readily had here in Canada, it'd be tough to say no to it right now.

Didn't like the look of the Hisense at all.

Picked this up at BB today though. Just need a XB1 S now.

They didn't have this specific set up but did have the 55 and 60 inch on display and they looked amazing.

They're highly respected especially in more tech savvy sites like avs forums. CNET on the other hand tends to be the McDonald's of tech sites. Rtings goes really in depth on all their reviews. I don't think they rated the tv bad. I was just looking at it. For 1080p games in game mode it's good. For 4K gaming even in game mode the input lag was a too high especially for fps or games like MLB the show which require good response time. They also said quote "When tested with a 4k resolution, the input lag was not stable and was cycling from 51.0ms to 67.3ms". For 1080p gaming it's good, but not 4K gaming. The tv also doesn't support a wide color gamut which kinda defeats the purpose of HDR.

NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.

This one is a really great deal. Retail is $650 normally.
