Though, I'm the same way with BTTF, so I know how that goes.

So I'm reading conflicting reports on who exactly wrote the script

      I read one article saying:

"A press release today from Sony has made it all official, announcing that Jaden will star in the film along with his dad, and that Shyamalan will direct the screenplay he wrote along with Gary Whitta."

      and then:

"And unlike most of Shyamalan’s oeuvre, to which his most recent film The Last Airbender is an exception, A.E. is not written by Shyamalan."

      So which is it?
If Bad Boys 3 actually gets made with all the money that has to go to Bay and Will, there's no way it would be a flop. A Michael Bay movie starring Will Smith with an already huge franchise = another hit. I'm also not sure how you could project a third Men In Black to flop after how big the first two were. This is the only movie that has a chance at underperforming but I doubt that it won't at the very least make it's budget back plus a few million extra.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

They should have stopped at MIB I

I don't care what kind of numbers MIB II put up or what MIB III put up, MIB II was atrocious. MIB III will probably be even worse.

As far as Bad Boys goes, I really think they should have stopped after the first one as well.

My point is, regardless of box office numbers, I hate seeing him in these awful films. But get your money Will, get your money.

MIB II and BB II were far from atrocious. Public opinion speaks for itself in regards to how successful those movies were, and there will be plenty of folks just like me who enjoyed them and will gladly go see the third installments.

I guess we disagree on that, and I really don't care about public opinion. They were both corny as hell. The originals were both awesome IMO.

I loved Bad Boys II, heck I felt they took way too long to make a sequel...

Glad I'm not the only one who thought BB II was downright basura.

I thought that was worst than WWW, to be honest.

MIB was definitely pretty terrible but i enjoyed Bad Boys 2 a lot for what it was, a good action flick reuniting Lawrence and Smith. I'm gamed for a third

Saying that you think they will be flops is not the same as saying that you think they will be bad movies. I thought you were talking about how much money you would project those movies to make.

I rather enjoyed MIB movies and Bad Boys. Especially the sequel. The comical moments were great.

And Smith, Jones and Lawrence rock!
