I felt it was implied very clearly. Anyhow, I enjoyed the episode. Not as good as the election episode from 4 years ago, but still fairly funny.

I loved where Cartman hid the ballots---- a Hummer dealership, lol!!

I just said it wasn't that great, it's not like I said it was the worst episode ever lol. That said, this season has just been kind of "meh" to me.

Just like last week, if you haven't seen the other thing being parodied (World War Z in this case), you probably won't care too much for this episode. Being that I saw and hated that movie, this was really hilarious to me.
