Your theory was pretty much confirmed with what was said during the convo between Hanks' character and his sister.

I think Pared is definitely on to something, but I think there's a little twist to it because he asked Colin's character where he was when he came to the church(?).

Harry wouldn't ask Dexter something like that. He'd just tell him at the kitchen table to get up and leave.

But, I'm not squashing the theory. There are some interesting things happening around the character that seem to force this idea that he can't necessarily interact with the environment.

I like Pared's theory, I really do. But I have a few arguments of dispute.

Firstly, its far too early to assume that Travis has an imaginary friend considering we have yet to see any interaction between Gelller and the rest of the crew.

Secondly, I do not think the writers will go down that road (it seems a little too cliched). I also heard many interviews with EJ Olmos stating that his character plays a religious professor, now that's for too specific for an imaginary character.

Either way I am loving the new season so far although MCH and Showtime have not reached a breakthrough so I wonder where that takes us?

Nothing about last night's episode?

Really like where this is going - they're definitely setting some damn good things up with Dexter/Sam, the "Baddies," and the entire police situation going on.

Maybe it's just me, though. And even if it is...oh well. I'm glad I enjoy it.

Pretty good episode last night. The last scene was the part I've been waiting for and I thought they could have built it up a lil better but seeing the head was freaky looking.

I love the story lines and also like the direction they are going.

Just watched it. This is shaping up to be a top season for me. The build up makes me feel we are waiting on some real big stuff.

I gotta give them credit. I see what they are doing with Deb. At least, I think I do. Some day. It'll happen one of these seasons.

Not sure what the deal is with Masuka's chick. Is she just a thief or something more?

And damn it if Pared keeps popping up in my mind, but why is Olmos not interacting with other people. That prisoner never even acknowledged him.

And notice how the room Olmos was in was empty when the prisoner was there, but then he's around when Hanks throws him in the room. I don't know. I don't know.

Ok Pared's theory is really getting some substance. I think by next week if we don't any interactions between Gellar and the rest of the cast then he's got this!

But I get the feeling that a major storm is brewing and Dex loosing his slides was a major foreshadowing (or I am just being paranoid).

I really didn't get that scene at all. I mean, sure, Dexter takes these as trophies, but to freak out like he did was a bit much considering he had unceremoniously dumped his slides before without any sort of emotional crisis.

Ha - I'm not gonna lie - Ever since I called that the first episode (my wife was pissed/amazed at the same time) I have been checking to see the same sort of clues every ep.

Still holding on strong with my theory.

Thank you. I knew there was something off about that scene but I couldn't remember the details.

I think it's just your normal plot hole from a series on air for 6 seasons. Things get overlooked or forgotten. OR maybe they just wanted to show us that Dexter is actually becoming concerned about these sort of things when he didn't care much previously.

A drag on the season in my opinion. His scenes are downright boring.
