I was reading a theory about his "movie-verse" that seems to give his violence a lot more context.

Quentin Tarantino has been pretty vocal that many of his films are set in the same universe. Vincent Vega from Pulp Fiction is the documented brother of Vic Vega in Reservoir Dogs. Mr. White in Reservoir Dogs possibly worked with Alabama from True Romance. Brands such as Big Kahuna Burger and Red Apple Cigarettes appear…

That Leo gif is so full of win.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'm so disappointed Will Smith turned this down.

I heard rumors that a lot of this was shot at the Nottingway Plantation. I'll be checking it out for sure.

                Too much mind blowing whoa.

This has been my most anticipated movie ever since I heard it existed.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

                    Can't wait for this...

I wonder why Kevin Costner and Kurt Russell both dropped out of their role (it was the same role for each) it has me wondering if it was "too hardcore"...

It was the slave owner role right? Yeah I can see how they might have had reservations considering Quentin isn't shy to push buttons.

I read somewhere that the movie contains some graphic rape scenes involving female slaves. That could have something to do with it.

                          Ace Woody.

Costner is in talks to play Ace Woody, the sadistic trainer of the male fighting slaves who entertain the white patrons of Candyland club...

Nah, that was Leo. Those guys dropped after filming had started.

I've watched this trailer over and over again since yesterday. The very first line has something very appealing in its delivery, "Good cold evening, gentlemen. Amongst your inventory I'm led to believe there's a specimen I'm keen to acquire." The timing of that line with the reveal of Foxx's crazy eyes was pretty legit.

I thought Leo would be Django, never thought about Foxx portraying the character, because Django ain't a black man in the very first film (1966).
