The last 5 minutes was very bitter-sweet for me. For one, I loved how Rick took care of that situation. But I was a bit upset because those two boys from Philly were by far the most entertaining characters I've seen from this show over the past 8 episodes.

I'd really appreciate it if he off'd Kurt Warner's wife. She is completely useless and devoid of any entertainment value.

I was hoping the boys from Philly would have a crew outside the bar and they would overtake the Farm or something...

Great return - great twists - if you've seen the snippet from next week's episode you'll see that Rick's actions will have repurcussions.

I didn't see a preview for next week. Now I am wondering if the episode ended correctly on my DVR. The last scene was Rick in the bar, is that how the episode ended?

Can you tell me what happened in the preview for next week?

On the Talking Dead they mentioned the possibility of the virus going Airborne thus Beth's "state". It made me think about the season 1 finale and what the scientist whispered to Rick...and he may have told Rick that the virus was going to go airborne which would explain the scientist's hopelessness

It has shown how great it can be, but other times it makes you wonder. The scene between Lori and Daryll just dumbfounded me. Is she that much of a loof bitch to really say Daryll is being selfish?

After going through 3 pregnancies with my wife, I see it as a great job by the writers to capture how hormonal pregnant women can be.

A lot of people have mentioned there is a Govenor in the books, well it looks like that part of the series is going to happen in the television show.

Rumor had it The Walking Dead producers were looking at Academy Award nominated actor John Hawkes to play The Governor in the next season of the hit show, according to his publicist he will not be taking the part. WaylonJones - 2/2/2012

A couple of days ago we brought you some information that MovieWeb posted while talking with actor Tom Savini. Savini, who is actively campaigning to play The Governor in AMC's hit zombie show The Walking Dead, said his good friend Greg Nicotero told him they were perusing John Hawkes for the role.

The Wrap has spoken to Hawkes' publicists who told them that he will Not be taking part in the show. "John is NOT appearing on The Walking Dead," said the publicists closing the door on the rumor. As far as if Savini is being considered for the part now that Hawkes has turned it down is still up in the air. Keep checking CBM daily for the latest updates on The Walking Dead.

See, but that is why I enjoy watching shows like this. We're talking about the end of humanity here... should we really expect people to not have irrational outbursts such as hers? I didn't even consider the pregnancy part - just her freaking out and Darryl putting her in her place. I see it as a great step for his character, not a setback to hers.

Darryl showed compassion for that little girl and now he is cold - again. Plus, his brother was never found. These little tidbits have me wondering where they could go with this.

I didn't watch the Comic show but they showed it the following break. They also showed a scene in Talking Dead that covered what happens next in the bar.

The philly guy and his friend weren't lying and another group comes looking for them. Rick and co. are holed up in the bar, preventing them from trying to get in b/c they will obviously see they were shot. The group knows someone is in the bar and start banging loudly, giving the impression Rick and co. are trapped with no way out but to face the consequences or make up some excuse somehow.

That's what I was hoping for too.
I hope we find out the reason for those guys to pull guns on Rick - other than to take-out the Alpha male with the only weapon in the crew.
It would make more sense for them to have said 'thanks' and left, but then to follow them back to the farm to assess if they could take out the rest of them.

I'm interested to see what next episode has in store.
Hopefully we find out that a group of horny zombies found Lori unconscious and then had their way with her before dumping her into a concrete box and dropping her into the deepest part of a nearby lake.
Maybe that will spark the truce needed between zombies and humans - their mutual hate for Lori.

Great show - funny how no matter what show is being discussed on OS, there will always be the "this writing is bad, it's moving too slow" crowd that decides to keep watching anyway.

I will admit I was wrong with the speed of the show(as far as the episode is concerned) but the commercials are getting beyond ridiculous. The was a point past the 30minute mark where there was 3 minutes of actual show between commercial breaks. They only way to watch this show is on a DVR.

Loved it. I haven't seen the badass side of Rick for months, so it was definitely nice to see. I think you guys covered everything else. Shane is psycho - check Lori is a dumb beeyotch - check. This show is awesome - check.

Enjoyed the episode last night, still feel like this season has leaned on the "who's the leader and who's fit to the leader" way too much though.
