Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
Not as good as MM and BB as in terms of writing and acting but I don't think those shows are going to come up with anything cooler than zombies and killing zombies.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
Different tastes. BB i enjoy when I watch it but i dont plan around things to watch it and Wife and I watched MM as she said it was supposed to be good. Never watched it since.
Doesnt mean it isnt good... Just not enjoyable to us.Joshua:

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
I liked the 2nd season premiere. I like the conflicts and the storylines. Slow as crap, but I still like it."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
I'm a bit surprised at how many people weren't feeling the premiere. Yes, it was slow and nothing really developed until the end but for the most part, I think it was fantastic.
I guess I just put the "keeps me on my toes" factor of the show ahead of the story. I'm not saying I would still watch the show if the story was crap but even if it delivers a subpar episode, I still enjoy it a lot. Can't say that about many shows.Comment

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
Just wondering if anyone else see the 6-part webisodes special on amctv? This is the one that shows what had happened to the woman that Rick encountered when on the bicycle in the pilot. It's basically 3-5 mins long for each episode. There is somewhat of a teaser in the end.Comment

- Walter White could appear to be working on a chemical-based zombie cure while secretly looking for a way to control the undead
- Don Draper could calmly sip three fingers of Canadian Club while "consoling" attractive female survivors
- Sarah Linden could search for the last working telephone in Georgia so she could tell her fiance for the 50th time that she still needs a few more days to wrap up her investigationOriginally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Re: The Walking Dead (Season 2)
Perhaps the other AMC shows could lend some of their characters to TWD.
