I like the character of Jax, but I don't fully understand his position on the club's motivations. Sure they're in it for the money, but they put themselves at risk to avenge his prison stabbing, and then you have standup guys like Bobby, Opie and Otto.

And he's compromising his principles so Daddy Clay will allow him to leave the club? What's up with that?

Which is my biggest problem.

Jax went from a guy who was so ambitious to help change the club to surrendering and leaving.

I really hope they either kill someone or Tara just packs up and takes the children.

Come on Shield fans, nobody noticed David Aceveda as Romero's right hand man and Ronny as an ATF agent? LOL, I didn't either as least not right away.

Looks like Aceveda put on a little weight. He actually looks healthier.

I like Jax's character more now that he's become hardened. Prison and attempted murder have def. brought something out in him.

I think one of the 'major' characters has to die, in order for this show to go for a season beyond this one. I have a lot of faith in the writers, they've never failed to deliver on anything.

Clay has all ready said time and time again he can't go much more than a year or two longer and this show doesn't work without the Son of one of the original founders (and main character), which is Jax still in the club.

I think something happens to Tara or Clay. Obviously, that's hindsight.. because this show is so un predictable. .

Theory I came up with after episode 2:

The new baby is Jax's girl had is Opies.
Now, forgive me if there is some 100% to debunk this, but I found 2 things weird, 1 is the way Opies dad said something while looking at the baby and the girl right as the Sons were coming back from jail. He said something like better leave some skeletons in the closet or something to that effect. 2) the way Opie basically was saying how Jax had the more dependable girl, almost admiring/ saying he had a better girl than he did, and his girl is not like his old wife,etc.

I just feel like with the whole John Teller thing, Jax trying to get out, some weird unknown "secret" with the new baby, and Clay falling apart, all the while Jenna looking for a manipulation angle, Jax not being the father of the new baby would be one heck of a plot point in my opinion. Looking forward to seeing it play out.

No. Last season when Gemma was talking to Tara about being preggers, she asked if it was Jax's, and tara said yes, and thats the only person shes been with for a while.

Piney was talking to Tara about the past staying the "past needs to stay the past" was a nod to the additional content scene. Tara was asking him about John Teller.

Don't understand how people come up with crazy ish like this, and theres a running theory that Linc Potter is really John Teller, despite the fact that JT would be Piney's age if he were still alive, and Kurt has made it clear that JT is dead

I wouldn't be shocked if Linc Potter was of some relation. They seem to resemble in my opinion.

Just caught up with everyone else in less than a week. Great show.

I feel Jax really does not want out and wants to change Samcro. All part of the big picture to finally get Clay out and possibly take him out eventually. Get everyone against him and expose the truth of him and Gemma killing his dad.

Man this season is off to a fantastic start. Last night was no exception and I agree that Clay is losing control and will pay the price with Jax once the series ends if it comes to fruition that he was involved in the JT's death.

I am wondering what will happen to Juice once SAMCRO finds out he is black

interesting about the Black angle. IIRC, when the Sons combined with a couple of other gangs, I seem to remember 1 or 2 Black guys being in those gangs. Anyone else remember that?
