Getting really good reviews right now. I was thinking this would just be a lame cash grab third installment, but that doesn't seem like the case.

They're both on Netflix as of today. Personally I didn't find them scary at all and don't get what the big deal was to begin with.

Yes, they're on the instant streaming que. I watched them on my PS3 today.

Probably getting ready to add more horror movies with it being so close to Halloween.

The first one was great, because it was a fresh new take on the subject of the paranormal. I thought the second was going to be stupid, but it was actually scarier and better than the first. So hopefully this one is even scarier.
