Completely agree. He went from mind-control freak to a sex-craved dude who's enamored with living the bachelor lifestyle. He didn't have that awkwardness that made his character intriguing to explore at the end of last season. Overall, The Office is missing the awkwardness that made it so great to watch.

I also heard about the Dwight spin-off and I have to say, it sounds awful. I agree with others saying that without strong supporting characters, the show will flop.

To me this is a big deal. I can live without Kelly Kapoor but Mindy's contribution as a writer and producer will be missed. I read some of her other stuff and it leads me to believe that some better writing on the show comes from her.

Well she's not the only writer and producer that will be gone. Paul Lieberstein (Toby) is currently the showrunner of The Office, but apparently he will leave to run the Dwight spinoff. Not sure if that means his character will make an exit as well (probably does I would assume).

Sounds like Dunder-Mifflin will need a new HR person!

Bring Holly back...Michael as manager, Andy back to sales and it's like the last season-and-a-half never happened!

Well that certainly doesn't bode well for next season...
