I'm spoilering this because of what it may mean, but I remember, when watching an earlier episode, that Ted and future wife were outside a movie theater kissing, and the title of the movie was the Wedding Bride III or II

Yeah I really don't think Victoria is the one. Also I'm pretty sure she wasn't that college girl that Ted dated's roommate, nor was she in the class he accidentally went to on his first day of teaching.

Not really. On the surface it seems like a douche move, but the way they portrayed it with his talks with Robin and then thinking of those moments with Victoria and all of that puts more than enough reasoning behind it for it not to be a douche move.

Besides, it's time Ted starts being selfish and going after what he wants. It's not like he hasn't sat back and let girls he was in to be with other guys.

Ted and Victoria can't end up together unless every hint they've ever given about the mother was a lie. So she's just another stopgap (probably the last one) until the mother. I don't care about that but I figure the people interested in finding out who she is will be upset.

I have no problem with Barney/Robin. I hated Quinn anyways and hope they get rid of her early next year.

We pretty much knew it would be Robin ever since Lily told Ted the bride needed to see him so no real shocker there.

I think Ted going back to Victoria means that his entire search is going full circle. He went from Robin to Victoria. I think that's kind of symbolic.

Robin's still got it. She kinda lost it a little bit the past season or two (I'll chalk that up to a combination of what her character was going through and Cobie Smulders having a kid and doing the Avengers) but you can see the hotness coming back.

And Quinn can't hold a candle to Season 1/2 Robin.

Obvious about the Robin thing, but at the same there was a point where I seriously believed it was going to be Quinn after the whole magic trick,looking like actually being in love, etc.

They already said he first met his wife at Barneys wedding didn't they.

So at some point in season 8, the wedding will happen, and Ted will meet his wife. Season 8 will prob end with people either finding out what the mother looks like, or something like that. Then season 9 will be the final one.

Either way, it was a real good season finale. Great that it was an hour too. Best episode(s) of the whole season. I said that was gonna be the babys name for months. I said that before people even knew it was a boy.
