My folks would often say they could never make " all in the family" in today's politically correct country.

Same could be said for MWC. The sexual innuendo, fat woman jokes, Al's obsession over hooters and "nudie bars" etc. wouldn't fly in todays culture.

The episodes still get repeated pretty regularly here on Aussie tv and it's one of those shows (like the Simpsons and Seinfeld) where it doesn't seem to matter how many times I've seen an episode I can still sit there and enjoy watching it again.

I just googled David Faustino to see what he's up to and according to the search:

He’s currently working for Wynn Casino in Las Vegas selling time-shares, as well as starring in the movie RoboDoc with Alan Thicke and his ex-wife, Andrea Faustino. That’s gotta be awkward!

Though I checked and that movie RoboDoc comae out in 2008 so no idea what he does now...

He currently stars in Star-ving, a weekly Internet comedy series on Crackle, an online video network backed by Sony Pictures Entertainment.[3] Faustino plays an exaggerated version of himself in the series, which he wrote and developed with several friends as an “anti-Entourage.”

"This is a very twisted take on what I’ve been through all these years," Faustino said.[4] He has also signed a deal with National Lampoon to be involved with three low-budget films.

Faustino appeared with the cast of Married with Children again at the 7th Annual TV Land Awards in 2009, presented by Dr. Phil. He also had cameo appearances in two episodes of the HBO series Entourage.

In October 2010, he travelled to Auckland, New Zealand, to take part in the Armageddon 'pulp culture' Expo.[5]

Faustino owns a night club in Los Angeles named Balistyx, which is the same name as his rap album

Maybe Matrix can look around and see if the nightclub is still open?

Like some of you all said, I have no idea why I was allowed to watch this. I remember asking my grandmother what horny mean because I heard it on MWC. She just told me when a husband and wife want to sleep in the same bed... lol.

This was one of my favorite shows of all time (Seinfeld, Sanford & Son). There is no other character like Al Bundy, and only Ed Oneal could play him. One of my favorite episodes was the one where all won a shopping spree at the grocery store and at the end Peg skewers him with the cart, right before Al gets stuck, he looks into the camera and says "I did marry her lord." Even in his moment of triumph, Peg finds a way to screw it up. I loved this show.
