Re: Touch
I finally watched the first 2 episodes and I'm enjoying it. This show reminded me a little bit of Person of Interest where instead of a super computer we have a kid. Now that I think about it it's also a bit like the show Numb3rs. I enjoy anything related to math and numbers explaining events and how things are related and intertwined. Also, I'm not having any trouble seeing Keifer as a different character than Jack Bauer.
I never understood the excuse of it's not realistic as to why somebody doesn't enjoy a show. Most of TV and film isn't realistic.

Re: Touch
I definitely have a hard time shaking "Jack" from my mind when it comes to Kiefer and his role on the show. Still does a lot of Jack-esque things. When he was in front of the pawn shop, he looked up and moved his head around, and it was so "24", lol.
It's weird that I've enjoyed the first two episodes since I'm not a supernatural (or numbers) TV show/movie guy at all.Comment

The only thing I hope is that every episode doesn't yield the same result. I enjoyed the first two plenty, I just don't want the show to be predictable.Comment

Great show. I worried at first it would be way too ridiculous, and it actually is at times. No amount of number knowledge could allow a person to predict people's patterns, but I've allowed myself to escape and accept the story. It's enjoyable.
This and Awake have been phenomenal. 50% there. Just need Awake to be renewed (wishful thinking).

Re: Touch
I gave up on it. Didn't watch the last 2 episodes and I dunno, I didnt have the drive to watch it. That's usually a bad sign.Comment

Re: Touch
I've watched the pilot and the first 2 episodes, I have the rest on DVR, I like the show just can't really get into it.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Re: Touch
Ya. I liked the show and thought it was good, but it didn't give me that "damn I can't freakin' WAIT til next week" feeling. It kinda became a chore.
I don't really enjoy supernatural TV shows in general, maybe that's why.Comment

Re: Touch
I like this show a lot, also liked the 1st season but really glad they changed it up a bit. First season was a repetitious, had very nice moments but it got to a point where it was the same thing just different people.-= Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.=- Edward MurphyComment
