Based on true events in Anchorage Alaska about a serial killer in the 70’s and early 80’s.

Nicholas Cage and John Cusack.

Very good taut thriller. Not bloated or long (clocking in at under 1:50 minutes). Enjoyed it.

The Lie from Blumhouse TV.

Was really enjoying this until the ending. Which ruined the movie and made it completely unbelievable. Shame. Because it was good and I hate when a terrible ending ruins a good movie.

IN THE DARK

Story about a blind, alcoholic, sex addicted woman who befriends a young drug dealer who is shot and killed... but wait... there's more! She then tries to solve his murder. In doing so you are sucked into her life of twists and turns wild story lines that actually make sense.

I was surprised at how well this show is written and the amount of wit & humor from the jump. Highly recommended and hidden gem, lost in the abyss that is known as THE CW.

Was definitely a plot twist and sort of anticlimactic but, that’s why I liked it overall.

I've not been watching much on Netflix lately but I finished-off The Queen's Gambit a couple nights ago (binged it in a couple of sessions). I was enthralled by it the whole time. The lead actress was masterful - the emotions you felt from watching her were constantly in just as much chaos as the character she was playing. Brilliance and madness are often very closely linked and I feel she did an incredible job of portraying that.

Late on this one. Great work all around if there was a problem at all it was for me the last episode. Compared to how strong the first 6 were I would have to say I felt a little let down by the finale.

Loved the lead actress.
