Interview With the Vampire.
I can’t believe no one is talking about this.
It’s 100 times better than the movie.
Claudia in this version is about 14-16 years old. That’s due to child labor laws so no need to bitch about that. In the book she is 5.
2 episodes in and it’s damned good!!
Streaming on AMC+

My wife is into it so I"m watching it, yeah it's really good I think as well. I wouldn't say it's better than the movie, cuz the movie is a classic, but I like how different it is, it would be sort of boring if they just made it the same with different actors so I like how they are changing things up, although my wife is a bit puzzled by some of the choices (she's really into the books and such so she probably sees this as a bigger issue)

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes vampire stories of this nature, really entertaining.

I'll follow up Odogg with the vampire theme. I have to have a show going that gives me simple giggles, and that dang What We Do in the Shadows sure does that (first season anyways). Gets a little saucy but I'll be giggling at a line and miss the next one.

Haha, it's a great show I agree. Really corny and a certain kind of humor that won't appeal to everyone but my wife and I really enjoy it.

Sons of Anarchy is my wife's favorite show. Mine is The Shield. We argue, on occasion, as to which is better. I will always say The Shield LOL

The Luckiest Girl Alive is a very, very good movie on Netflix.

It is well acted, deals with themes of gang rape and has a very graphic school shooting so be aware before watching if you have difficulty with any of those themes. It pulls no punches as they say so just know that going in.

It's also a show where it can make you think about justice, crimes and the people that commit them, how much of their guilt is absolved because of other issues that affected them, things along that nature.

Definitely a movie to watch with someone, if possible, and discuss after.

Another fire episode of The House of the Dragon. What an ending.

I might be alone but I found every episode this season was great to me. Scheming is my favorite part of Game of Thrones and it’s all over this show and most are playing well.

On Peacock - the documentary "I Love You, You Hate Me". Its about Barney, how the show was created, the hate many college students and parents had for the show, and what happened to the show.

Its a fascinating documentary and gives you insight to how it was one of the first hated shows/characters in main stream media.

Definitely recommend this one if you grew up watching the show or grew up in that time period.

I just watched this last night. I was born in 85 so when Barney really took off I was out of the targeted age range, but not old enough to really hate it or anything. I have younger siblings so I definitely saw a lot of it, but otherwise Barney was just there in the background. I knew he had some hate, but I was oblivious to the amount of it. A lot of folks got entirely too mad about a TV character for kids.

I don't know what (if anything) she's done since, but it sucks that creating Barney probably ruined the creator's family too.

It’s an origin story on the making of Spotify.
Tv drama broken into different parts.
1st episode is called theCoder. 2nd is the industry 3rd is called the law .
Each episode tells the same story more or less but with different perspectives on how they became Spotify.
Very well done well written and acted. It’s also Swedish so I have been watching the dubbed version and I must say the dubbing is so well done you hardly even notice it.

I will second this! I absolutely LOVED this show and how cleverly it was put together. Each episode focuses on a critical character in the development of Spotify.

It shows just how precariously the entire thing came together, and how close it was to not even making it off the ground. Very well done and as you said, the dubbing is so good it took me a while to figure out that it was dubbed.

If you are at all into these sorts of shows, regarding tech startups, or just a person who loves some serious drama (and occasional comedy) then this is a great show to check out!!
