You all are reading too much into it. People like what they like. Sure some people watch it to understand the mindset, but I'm sure the majority of the people who watch it can careless about the mindset and are just curious about how F'ed up that person really was. They just want to be entertained.

I am a diehard Sherlock Holmes fan. The originals, and then tons of pastiches that I have in my library. I love that era and genre, which then also branches me out into Jack the Ripper. No, I'm not a serial killer (LOL) and have no desire to do so - for me, it's just about reading stuff that takes me to a different time, and captures my attention. I haven't watched Dahmer yet, but may give it a look. I'll take it for what it is, and read nothing more into.STEELERS INDIANS CELTICS

Also, House of the Dragon has been awesome. It's pretty close to GoT seasons 1-4. I'm digging the plot and the acting has been top-notch.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

The latest House of the Dragon episode was phenomenal. Such great acting. Some of those scenes were so intense. Which is crazy because it had nothing to do with a battle or anything like that. Just character's reacting to each other. Love this show.

Watching the latest episode now. Very dark visual wise. I had to sit right close to the screen to see what was happening.
HBO has said it was an intentional creative decision.
GOT had a similar instance during the dimly-lit battle episode “The Long Night.” Both that episode and Episode 7 of “House of the Dragon” were directed by Emmy winner Miguel Sapochnik.Comment

The last episode was a masterpiece.
SpoilerThe first 15 minutes.. you could feel the tensions building.. but they used almost no dialogue whatsoever. Just brilliant.
And they also set up the war(s) to come perfectly. You want free speech?

Interview With the Vampire.
I can’t believe no one is talking about this.
It’s 100 times better than the movie.
Claudia in this version is about 14-16 years old. That’s due to child labor laws so no need to bitch about that. In the book she is 5.
2 episodes in and it’s damned good!!

Man I love Ramy on Hulu. New season is starting off great. What makes this show is Ramys supporting cast, everyone he reacts with is funny.
He does go through some **** and it’s a little depressing as he goes through his life to
figure it out but I love all the people around him who are so confident on who they are.

Yeah I shut that down pretty quick [emoji23].
Almost done with Ramy season 3. Probably the best season so far. They are winning Emmy’s for this one, fn hilarious.
What I appreciate about Ramy is that even the show is about him, he highlights the whole cast ,his real life friends and even has episodes where he barely in them.

I can’t really believe how good Andor is after the stuff Star Wars has generally put out. Might be my favorite thing on television outside of Barry these last few years.
