Did you watch the movie that came out this year as well? It picks up, I would say, couple months after the ending of the series is over.

Always interesting when a show I really like has a viewer that sees it so differently.

I thought episode 4 was the best of the 5 I've watched so far. Do I think it's gotten a bit weird? Sure. I can see why someone would be turned off with the shift in storytelling.

But I think the show is really good.

Looking for a kickass action movie. Don't care of the plot. Like a Steven Segal movie. No subtitles.

Trying to get through the OA. I can't say I'm enamored by it. It's more like a bus crash.... hard to look away.

Into 3rd season of Penny Dreadful. I stopped toward the latter part of season 2 a while back and then decided to give it more of a look. It's caught my attention again. I did hear that they didn't renew it for a 4th season, so might get left hanging. Hope not. I really like Rory Kinnear who plays Frankenstein's Monster. His rendition is pretty cool and I just like the guy as an unsung actor.

                        I recommend: Rampage Capital Punishment.

Very relevant the current times. Starts off a little weird but makes sense as you keep watching. I really liked this movie.

I do not recommend: True Memoirs of an International Assasin.

Good plot but the movie just crawls. Not funny. Almost fell asleep.

Caught the first episode of The OA. Man I thought it was great. I'm really intrigued. Can't wait to see where it goes from here.

Troll hunter, animated series actually pretty good. I'm 4 eps in, there seems to be 26 eps this first season which I think might mean there's a lot of bloat but so far so good.
