Re: The Walking Dead (Season 3)

If Lori's body is nowhere to be found, I wonder if she shows up at some point in the prison.

Poor Michonne, knows what the Gov is up to yet the hooker Andrea just keeps fighting her. I have a feeling that the Gov will be sending his men after her sooner than later.

I'm not too happy by the whole Carol deal and not having closure. Is she alive or did she die?

They confirmed on Talking Dead that zombie ate Lori.

There was a mention of Carol in the preview for next week. I thought the grave was for her though because that was the flower from when they were trying to find Sophia.

So in Philp's office there was a bag of guns with Sheriff written on the side...

        Wow...

Really? All of her? It couldn't of been more than 2-3 hours at the most...

Far as I know. That was apparently her hair on its face.

Lol that things stomach should have been shredded from eating all of that Lori body. I felt like this episode was kind of lame. The daughter reveal, the zombie arena reveal, the Rick going insane, the instantly found baby formula stuff, the it may or may not be Lori zombie mode was all just sort of meh.

            And the phone thing...what!?

Well. That was a nothing episode.

Not sure how they could've ****ed that up after last week's, but they found a way.

I give zero ****s about the whole Governor/Andrea/City storyline. Zero.

                I agree, I was underwhelmed.

And I know the zombie arena thing was "staged" because the zombies didn't have any teeth, but what about zombies being able to rip your insides out ala Dale? Maybe the people there don't know they can do that?

Lori's death equals a botch in production. That happened too early and the circumstances just werent right. Rick and Governer will have to bump into each other soon.

Why did her death happen too early? Because it happened later in the comics than it did on the show? I don't understand how it is a botch in production, when it isn't following any set storyline.

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 3)

I say it happened too early because it was ep4 out of 16. She wasnt resolved or explored all that much. Her end was handled differently and meant more to the overall theme of the story in the books (without spoiling that). Plus I feel like there is a hole in the plot but that's just me.

And this is my opinion. I don't mean to offend anybody. For example I enjoyed the timing of her death in the books while the way it happened in the show was more gripping to me. The two conflict with each other so there are positives and negatives to both. I look forward to seeing the rest of the season. I'm not in uproar or anything.

I enjoyed it. Maybe because I know what's coming because of the comics. Some of the stuff in the episode leads to other things coming up.

Good to know the zombie at the end supposedly "eaten" Lori, because I was confused as hell

Why is he stabbing a guy zombie in the stomach? Where is Lori, this looks like same room with a knife on floor and blood? I'm soooooo lost whyyyyyyyyyy!!!!

Now if that zombie supposedly consumed all of Lori that is the stupidest idea ever. It for one looked no where close to he had eaten a ENTIRE HUMAN BODY! If other zombies did also feast then you would expect something left behind. Not just a man zombie with a beer belly. All in all very confusing scene.

I also don't really care for the Gov & Andrea stuff. The only person that makes it watchable to me is Merle.

This episode was kinda of a let down from the epic one before it, but honestly it would of been real hard to top it or stay on same level of suspense. Its a throw away episode in my book but at least did bring in couple potential tense moments. Caring for baby kickass, Rick going nuts, Gov daughter, Michonne getting into some combat maybe, and where does the group go from here?

Zombies don't eat the bones. At least from what I know about them. You go all the way back to the very 1st episode when Rick comes across the lady zombie her bones were still there.

This season the guy hung in the tree. His legs gnawed off. No bones missing.

Tdog's corpse his bones still in tact.

That stomach of the zombie couldn't hold Lori. No way. There would be some bones or something left behind.

I haven't read the comics but something tells me Lori is still alive. I might be the only one. But I believe she's still alive.

The comics wouldn't provide any info on this. She dies later and differently.

Well on the Talking Dead the special effects guy confirmed that "the zombie dragged her body around the corner then consumed her. Her hair was in his mouth and hand."

This to me still does not add up at all. Then to make matters even more complicated she is listed on the "cast" for every episode except last nights. So all upcoming episodes she is listed as a cast member.

I personally think that the reason she is still listed as a cast member is because she will be talking to Rick. So that makes her a cast member.

If the zombie really was supposed to consumer her it was done very poorly because nothing "confirmed" her dead and one zombie eating her entire body comes off not believable.
