    So let's move right along.

Clark Gable had a chronic case of Halitosis (bad breath). Many actresses gagged after kissing scenes with him.

Despite hitting .349, 34 homers, and 151 RBIs Lou Gehrig took a paycut from $25,000 to $23,000.

Did you know that The General Lee featured in a jump scene in the pilot of the Dukes Of Hazzard and in the opening sequence of The Dukes Of Hazzard was the first car to be jumped and wrecked on the show in Novermber of 1979 named Lee 1, (a total 327 1969 Dodge Charger Lee 1 replicas was wrecked throughout the series 7 seasons). After it's crash Lee 1 was painted blue and given the number 71 and used as a junk car in the series third episode then hauled off to a Georgia junk yard where it sat for 30 years until it was found and rebuilt with original engine to look exactly the way it did the day of that fateful jump by a couple of Dukes Of Hazzard fans. Last January at The Barret Jackson Automotive Auction in Scottsdale, Arizona Lee 1 went up for auction and was won by PGA golfer Bubba Watson.

According to his Twitter account, Bubba Watson, recent winner of the Masters, is a Christian, a husband, a daddy, a pro golfer, and the owner of General Lee 1. He bought the car in January at the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Scottsdale Arizona, shelling out $110,000 for the car form the iconic jump scene featured in "The Dukes of Hazzard" intro.

...'America's Got Talent' host Howie Mandel's bald head is not because of natural hair loss. It is because he has mysophobia. An exaggerated fear of germs. He shaves his head because of this fear. He does not shake hands, but only 'fist bumps' acquaintances.

He does have a big fear of germs. It's well documented.

I've never understood that. He shaves his head, allegedly, because of his fear of germs. Thats pretty extreme. How does he go about his day? Especially as a celebrity.

I have little doubt about the germ thing, in fact it explains why he loved the rubber glove trick so much (it gives him an excuse to carry gloves and not be the weird guy carrying latex gloves).

As for it being an excuse for his shaved head?.....

Not very many people know about this one and it's kind of random but here goes: DID YOU KNOW THAT...
Back in 1941 a stockbroker named Morris Newberger and a radio announcer named Alexander Dannenbaum made up a fictional college football team, Plainfield State Teachers College. This was back when schools would telegraph scores in and they sent these scores to the New York Times and the Philadelphia papers, all of them huge victories over schools that also were, of course, non-existant. This went on for 6 weeks, with the two men adding details, such as the Head Coach's inventive "W" Formation and RB Johnny Chung, who's success was attributed to eating rice in between quarters. They were eventually caught by Philadelphia Record reporter Red Smith, actually went to Plainfield, NJ to find the college... which, of course, he didn't. So, Newberger had to write one more press release saying that the school had to cancel the rest of their season as a majority of the players failed exams, etc...

Inventing a college whose football team beats other college teams that also don't exist. Pretty good scam.
