As for the last episode I thought things did happened too easily in Frank's favor, but I wouldn't even think of downgrading it to a "horrible episode". The bottom line was to get Frank at the top and have Doug killed to setup season 3. It didn't go perfect, but I enjoyed it.

I agree with the spoilered text. I don't think Frank's original goal with to immediately assume the Presidency, it was to make Garrett his puppet and then run when Garrett was finished in office. Then the **** hit the fan and things broke in a way where Frank could get it. Same thing with Russo and running for governor; initial goal was to get his man into position, but it broke in a way where he could take advantage and become VP. I still enjoyed it though.

I am disappointed that they turned Doug Stamper into a creeper. I enjoyed watching him maneuver in the first and first half of the second season. Seth is ok, but he isn't as entertaining to me as Stamper was.

I've only heard that the season 3 production start date has been delayed. I wonder if that will change the approximate February 2015 season 3 debut to around April 2015?

I was half asleep watching it this morning, and I couldn't believe it. Zoe is gone. But, I can't stop watching. Frank is one dangerous mofo.

Finished Season 2 really looking forward where this will go next. About the last episode in Season 2....

As soon as Rachel got out the car I knew she was going to get Doug. I can see Rachel as being a hell bent on revenge for the way Underwood's administration has ruined her life. Can't wait to see how Frank will try to wiggle out of this one. Still can't believe Zoe is gone. Smh.

Just finished Season 2. Took me a month. Avoided this thread because I knew people might leak spoilers.

I felt Season 1 was a 5. I'd give Season 2 a 4.5. Nothing over the top wrong with it but I felt

there were a few lulls during the middle episodes.

I also felt they did a poor job of character identification. There were a ton of new characters in season 2 and it was so hard for me to catch up with the names.

I thought Season 2 was way more political based (real life political issues) which is a good thing (even though it can get confusing at times) whereas Season 1 had more drama/personal issues.

First things first though...I told y'all about

Frank's sexuality. No way did they just waste a full episode in S1 for nothing.

Open relationship or whatever, they're just sick man. Claire is a true stand by your man woman but she's sick in the head. Maybe from being raped but she is just nuts. Meecham...dammit man. Couldn't look at him the same after that.

And just getting this out the way about Remy. I wish we could curse here but Remy

I'm guessing either this guy got sodomized by his mother as a kid or he loved her more than a kid loves his mother or he himself is/was a pedophile.i think even though he's dead, they'll talk about his history in S3. Was way too open ended to kill him off like that.

I can't see her use in S3. She is the last link to Russo's death. And now she herself is a murderer? Does she get caught and confess everything?

I call him techie dude because I don't know his name which is one of my problems with this season.
What was the point of him seeing Stamper. To say he knows about Rachel? Is he going to work with Rachel in S3?
And some if the stuff he was doing with technology was a little over the top and became unbelievable to me. The whole fake voice speaking through the laptop in the diner. Really?

is that her name? Sharpe? She's ruthless but I wasn't too fond of her character. A little too rough around the edges and then she gets emotional. I'm assuming she'll play a bigger role in S3.
What was the point of Remy going to Cali to speak to that dude? Those were some of the parts that had me confused. You send Remy out to get dirt but do a poor job of identifying who the character is.

didn't like him at first. Grew on me. The new Stamper i supposed? But wasn't he selling out Frank when he first showed up? Had me confused.

I have no idea where Season 3 is going.

I think it's going to revolve around techie dude. They gave him too much power IMO. All in all, really good season. Way better than network TV programming. Can't wait for S3.
