According to IGN, Pixar announces the sequel will release on Novermeber 25th, 2015.

Brave came out late last year.

He just means one that's not coming off a previously made Pixar movie.

If I recall correctly, since UP, the only original film they've made was Brave (the others are Toy Story, Cars, and Monsters sequels, and now Nemo).

Though keep in mind it's not like they just decided to make this. There's a good chance it's been in production for years now.

I wonder who's heading this. Lasseter? Stanton?

Andrew Stanton, same guy who did the first....

I think that's why it takes so long sometimes for a sequel, it's tough to get the director to want to do it at that time (and Stanton wanted to do John Carter, so probably took a lot of time).

I don't know... My kids are much older now, so I'm not sure I personally would find this enjoying... But who knows.
