This is so sad, he leaves behind a baby daughter as well.

RIP, his performance on the Sopranos arguably redefined drama on TV. In my eyes he helped to elevate the medium.

News of James Gandolfini’s death has been confirmed: the actor best known for his role on the television series The Sopranos dies today in Rome at 51.

Apparently this website claiming it is a hoax is a hoax itself.

That only matters if it's a joke.

                    Unfortunately, it's not a joke.

Wish this was a joke. Tony Soprano is one of my favorite characters ever. Probably second only to Jack Bauer.

                      So young too. Just heartbreaking.

Damn. Great as Tony Soprano and a hell of a character actor in movies as well. Condolences to him and his family.

Shame.......and how odd is it he died in Italy too. Thought he was much older, but he was only 51. The Sopranos saved HBO from going bankrupt.
