Yeah, I used to like Gemma. "She seemed to "really care". I feel like theres something specific going on with her. For instance, every guy calls her mom now. I noticed it and thought, "thats different" than how it used to be. As if now, if something like she were to die, they are making it so every dude in the club is avenging their mother.

Also, its like she "takes the kids", but then pawns them off on Unsur, to do what? She didnt really do anything important. She doesnt work, she just goes around acting like the queen, but does nothing really. It seems like if you watch her actions, they are exposing her to be selfish and self centered, i think the writers are deliberately skewing her character to fit something. I wonder what it is.

The way I feel about Clay is akin to how I feel about Kobe Bryant.

Kobe used to be on the top of the NBA, I hated the Laker's with every fiber of my being. Now the Lakers are a bottom of the West team, who would have to do go above and beyond to even make the playoffs. And when the do they're just going to get KO'ed in the first round.

Clay used to be one of my most hated characters on television today. However, the season where he killed Piney was basically his peak for me. Now he's just an old man, who's all alone and my hatred for him has pretty much diminished greatly. In my opinion, they should have had Jax or Opie kill him off two seasons ago instead of dragging it out like this. Maybe they'll do a 180 with his character and make him a threat again, but I just don't think I will ever hate him as much as I used to.

Clay is far from done if you ask me. I think he still has one more major move to make now that he took the deal last episode.

Didn't watch this week's episode as I'm going to let a couple build up on the DVR first and there's no way the next couple episodes can touch the greatness that started off the season.

I don't know what it is.. maybe over-hyped? Maybe too much awesomeness from Breaking Bad? But something about this season has me feeling like..

Meh...

Not like Prison Break season 3 mehh.. but very close.

As others have stated, all the main characters have lost their charm.

Happy and Chibs are the only 2 I really like.. and they don't even play big speaking roles. Seems like every other person is just a big whining baby.

I agree with this to an extent. This show has always been "comic-booky" to me, for lack of a better term. While I have always found this show fun and entertaining, in the grand scheme of things it isn't very "good" when you compare it to shows like Breaking Bad and The Wire, etc.

Having said that, I'm still having fun watching it, so I'm sticking it out until the end.

The majority of the characters are unlikeable, and the same storylines are getting played out every season. It's like the writers are playing a game of madlibs.

_______ tries to take down SamCro because of __________. Meanwhile, _________ is also trying to bring down SamCro. Jax decides to ________ for the good of the club, but is conflicted about it. ________ leads to tension between Jax & Tara. He plans to turn SamCro straight but ________ and ________ complicate his plans. Clay looks to be dead and buried but manages to _________ and live another day. etc. etc.

With that said, the show is still entertaining enough, though 90 minutes is pushing it. Basically a guilty pleasure.

I thought I was the only one who noticed jesus christ is basically the go-to word for any kind of reaction in this show. Its pretty hilarious.

Aside from the school shooting, the season has started off somewhat slow but I think it's just because they're lining things up. I fully expect some craziness to pop off in the next few episodes.

Also, I'm so glad they killed Dave Navarro's character. I thought he was awful.

I agree. Watching SoA after Breaking Bad and Boardwalk Empire doesn't do it any favors. I do still enjoy SoA, but it can't compete with the other two on any level (plot, acting, etc.). Like Billmatic said - Son's has basically become my guilty pleasure.
