So help me with out something.

The particle accelerator exploded on earth-1 destroying STAR labs and giving powers to various people in Central city.

Several people on earth-2 got various powers because the particle accelerator exploded - yet STAR labs looked unphased.

Am I missing something?

Unlike the Earth One version, the accelerator didn't explode publicly above ground. This could explain why Earth Two S.T.A.R. Labs is still operational while Earth One S.T.A.R. Labs was crippled.

I just read on Facebook that SUpergirl is moving from CBS to the CW to pair with the Flash.

Seems like overkill.

I've loved this series and how you can see Barry develop into a true superhero with a moral compass and take on the burden of an entire city. I hope they don't mess with that.

Those two ARE speedsters in canon, so this is an exciting development. It just remains to be seen if they'll be regulars next season. I'm more intrigued about Catelyn and what Zoom said; makes me wonder if they'll eventually go down the Killer Frost route with her in the future.

Without having seen or read any previews: Barry's hanging out with the Speed Force and comes back faster without the need for the tachyon device to boost his speed.

This entire presmise bothers me because this is a problem created for no reason at all. Wells had his daughter barry had his dad and there was no reason to mess with zoom

But then he lets him in and gets cocky and forgets to secure his family but only does it when he has no juice?

Like it was just a dumb plot hole. They created a story when there wasn't one. He gave his speed away for no reason then didnt want it back

Barry was advised multiple times not to mess with Zoom but said he could not in good conscience leave him there to wreak havoc on Earth 2.

He got cocky and didn't think about protesting Wally, that isn't really hard to imagine. You're young and just figured out you are stronger then your bully, so you get a little cocky.

He wanted the speed back but not at the risk of the whole city being exposed to the particle accelerator. Took him a little long for my liking to say yes though.

So after watching Emergency Awesome, he believes Wally and Jessie will just be meta humans, not speedster. Plus, he pointed out the producer said the name of show is The Flash and not The Flash & Friends.

I'll find it hard to accept a Wally West that's not a Flash. Wally West is the Flash I got to know watching all the Justice League cartoons, plus he's practically THE FLASH for a lot of people after Crisis on Infinite Earths benched Barry for 20+ years.

They're both going to be speedsters.

Wells called Jesse 'Jesse Quick' in an earlier episode, which is the name of a speedster in the comics, and Wally was always 'Kid Flash' before Infinite Crisis
