    I disagree.

Carol's jettison is unsettled with everyone except for Herschel and Maggie. The prison is crumbling around them, it's a deathtrap, and there's been no mention of the mega horde that Daryl's crew encountered on their run. The Army medic almost compromised the whole run again, and has not been dealt with by the majority of the group...think Rick would want to know about him since his transgressions have cost lives.

All these things I was expecting to settle this episode but instead we got this new character development of the Governor.

Just didn't agree with and I would like to see if anyone else was seeing things that way.

Completely understand what "Plot Development" is...guess I just don't like this recent plot development...

I enjoyed the episode. It's no different than what they did with the Woodbury episodes last season.

I'm glad that we get to see what the Governor has been up too. It's weird that now he's being painted as a sympathetic character. I'm sure he's going to flip at some point and I'm certainly interested to see how that develops.

No, no, no. The Governor's new group has to survive because LADIES.

We also learned that he's a Drogo fan after he took that zombie out with the hand to the jugular.

I was not looking forward to him returning at all but I thought they did a really good job humanizing him last night. He's not just a mustache-twirling cartoon villain anymore.

Does anyone else think that when this commercial comes on during the Walking Dead..

That it's an actual walking dead scene? I fooled my wife 2 weeks ago when I first saw it. I was like..

"Oh man.. something bad is about to happen.. it's too quiet.."

                  "shhh don't scare me"

                    I agree.

The Governor progressed more in one episode than Rick has in several seasons.

What is the spin-off that everyone is referencing?

I agree though that what they're doing with the governor now changes things. I think he's still just as sick an individual as ever, it's just taking a different turn now with him basically thinking he's gonna replace his old family with this "new" one. He's more sympathetic though because he's gonna stick his neck out for this little girl as if she was his own daughter; almost like an anti-hero, if he wasn't such a despised POS from last season.

I haven't watched it, but it's an online web series on AMC or whatever.

AMC is going to pickup a second Walking Dead series. Rumors are that it will be a prequel and will focus on the beginning of the outbreak. It's supposed to be set in a different location with a completely new cast, but some have speculated that someone like Carol could show up there. It's still in the developmental stages and isn't set to air until 2015.

Its a blank surface for Robert Kirkman. We have seen how much the TV show strays from the comic. It's basically for him to be able to start fresh with new characters and new storylines.

No. It's simply a new show he can do, where Kirkman has a blank canvas to create a new show on the same circumstances. Won't have to base it loosely on the comic like The Walking Dead.
