Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
I just realized, while watching the Talking Dead, that Lizzie straight up mutilated those rabbits.
I was wondering early in the episode (when they were focusing on Darryl and Beth) what that was on the log, and had forgotten about it by the time we saw the live rabbits when Lizzie killed them (I assumed she was killing them for food or something...)
Mutilating little rabbits, and looking a little too comfortable holding her hand over Judith's mouth, "pet walkers" back at the prison. She's kind of a messed up kid...University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
The first 59 minutes were worth it just for the last minute.
Rewatching the episode now, I really thought Lizzie was going to kill Judith.Last edited by BDKiiing; 02-17-2014, 01:53 AM.St. Louis Cardinals | Milwaukee Bucks | Los Angeles Rams

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
SpoilerAs much as I want to believe that, I feel that Carol wouldn't have lied to Rick about it. She would have lied to Tyreese, but not Rick.
I'm going to predict Lizzie will kill her younger sister sometime during this season.Comment

Admittedly having never read the comic series, can someone please explain the significance of the:
SpoilerThree "soldiers" that come and pick up Glenn and Tara on the road. Seems like others reacted with excitement so maybe I'm missing something.
However, it came off really corny to me.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
Those 2 girls playing Lizzie and her sister make the kid playing Carl look like Anthony Hopkins. I feel bad saying that, cause they are no doubt trying and the littler one is so cute, but damn, they are bad.
Lizzie being so psychotic is an interesting angle. Hard to believe no one but Carol has noticed, but it's something different at least. I knew the show wouldn't have the balls to have her kill Judith but I have to admit it made me squirm. Tyrese leaving them alone was one of those groan-inducing moments. Really? Two pre-teen girls and an infant? Nice thinking there, genius.
I am not to the point of hate-watching this show yet like I was Dexter the last couple of seasons, but let me tell you, it is a drastic step down in quality to go from HBO's True Detective to The Walking Dead. I still like some of the characters (Maggie), but others make no sense and still after all this time have really not been fleshed out. I mean really, who is Glenn but a guy who is in love with Maggie? When the show started, he was the guy they would get to do daring, stupid stuff like go down in the well with the walker. Then he found Maggie and she told him to stop doing stuff like that. Now he occasionally gets to do something heroic but usually screws it up, he got really sick and almost died and he once in a while makes a moral stand but is usually wishy washy about everything. And Glenn is one of the characters I LIKE!
I'll stick with it because it is sometimes interesting as a story and I have invested a lot of time into it already. But this is not great TV, IMO and it's not getting better. I don't know exactly why they fired Frank Darabont (the original showrunner) but perhaps that wasn't such a great idea. And they have really messed up the character of Rick. It's pretty bad when the main protagonist comes on screen and you just wait for his patented facial mannerisms/head tilts and over-exaggerated drawl to kick in. He has become a lead weight on the show. Glad to see Abraham and Co. show up. Hope they don't botch them too.NCAA: Michigan Wolverines

Spoilerthey're Abraham Ford, his girlfriend of sorts Rosita, and Eugene. Abe becomes Rick's right hand man, with Ty gone, and no Daryl. He's a real hard *** at first in the comics, then becomes a big help to the group. Rosita is his girlfriend, but in the comics everyone sleeps around, so it's weird. Eugene is a doctor who has the radio and is trying to get to Washington DC to find the other doctors who know what caused the outbreak. Re: The Walking Dead (Season 4)
Thought that episode was a lot better then last week's. it was developmental but plenty of "action", so to speak. Almost too much.
I like the groups that got split in to. So diverse.
I was expecting Bob to have more of a part, and he may yet. I thought they'd meet up with the other groups but everyone remains separated though very close.
Lizzie/Libby is straight up craaaaaazy. I was like no way, Judith is still here she can't go out like that. Speaking of which, Tyrese! What a guy! I was worried about him going full nutso, but he's back to being a team player. For how long is yet to be seen considering he still doesn't know about Carol. The tension was killing me. Carol seems mad wild too, but I guess she was already on that path. Thank god she's back though, someone gotta keep an eye on crazy Lizzie/Libby.
Daryl/blonde girl, her name is escaping me at the moment, is such an odd couple. I guess they're gonna be on their own here for a while? I can't even remember anything significant happening with them before they moved on to Maggie & Co and Glen/Tara.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers

Hopefully the introduction of some new characters will give them a chance to flesh out some personalities again, which is what has been so great about the show to this point.Comment
