Doesn't that happen in every movie/TV show though. As of right now, the only hero this show has is Gordon. So if he dies by one of these assassins then the show is pretty much over. Because Bruce is way too young right now to become Batman. Not even Gordon's partner, Bullock could be considered a hero.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm over Fish. I hope she dies soon.

My biggest probably with Fish and the reason I can't stand the character is because Smith just.. I don't know.. tries TOO hard.

A comparison I would make is John Cena's promos.

You can tell he's trying so hard but he's not being natural. That's how I feel about her.

Right, Its still odd. I mean at least graze the guy with a bullet or two. Fish should be dead already, as well as Penguin. They could at least make it more realistic. Just sayin. Don't get me wrong I still love the show just not that aspect of it.

I have to say this episode pushed me over to the "Dead Fish" side of the ledger.

That's a great comparison. I've thought since the first episode that her acting is just super over the top. The guys playing Gordon and bullock have been great though.

Personally, I like Fish. I like her edge. She has to try so hard because she is a women. If she wasnt trying so hard, the crime world would run over her. She also has shown more caring nature typical of a women. Like when she was training the chick to deceive Falcone, and when helping the prisoners get food and water.

As I mentioned earlier, Barbara is the character I wish they would do away with. She has no role in the series, especially with Jim dating the lady from the asylum.

They could always make Barbara into something. I mean, she is a women watching the man she loved and seemingly realized she isn't over making out with someone hotter than herself.

                  Cue evil women.

                  However, I agree. She's useless.

I think the character of Fish has potential. My problem is more with the acting and writing. Everything is just way over the top dramatic with her. Did they really just have her scoop her own eyeball out? Cmon man.

Most of the show is overly dramatic, though.

Tomorrow night appears to be Penguin heavy episode from what we can see from the title. I hope so. We haven't had that, yet. I hope we get to see more of Jerome this week, too. I see a lot of potential in this actor.
