Just saw the premiere last night, and I liked it. Gimme some Scarecrow!

This show never really did give a time frame for when it takes place as it has kind of conflicting elements (70s cars with cell phones, but no Smartphones), and somebody sang Never Gonna Give You Up in this episode which was 80s, so... just adds more to the bizarre mix on that front. I guess it's just its own parallel universe, if you will. It Follows did the same thing.

Was season 3 any good? Part of me wants to catch up on it, but I don't have a lot of free time among the other shows I'm catching up on.

The season was kind of weird (didn't like the path a lot of the characters took), but brings us into where we are in Season 4, which after two episodes so far is great and only makes me want to watch more.

Alexander Siddig is easily my favorite Ra's al Ghul ever. This season has been my favorite of the series. I really like the roles that each character is currently occupying.

Yup, another great episode. I wasn't in love with the third episode, so I'll say they are 3-for-4 so far. Like you said, all of the characters have been on fire so far.

However, speaking of the third episode, I remember they did a flashback to 125 AD or something but they were speaking in English in the flashback. Given it wasn't an invented language then, I thought that was kind of weird. It's one thing to help out the audience a little bit, but couldn't you just as easily have done subtitles for that small part? Kind of weird, though I'm also kind of nitpicking there.

I think that PL is a stronger actress, so she will, IMO, be a better fit for the portrayal of the more classic Poison Ivy power set/personality.

Was just two episodes behind and am now caught up. One comment per episode (second to recent, then recent):

                      - No Bruce or Selina, surprising!

                      - Totally called that the wounded cop was the Pyg, I mean literally from the moment that I saw him bound, gagged, and alive. Probably just a habit from watching certain films recently that play that exact same kind of twist. His facial hair looked incredibly fake, and he was asking Jim too many questions in the ambulance that no other "victim" would be necessary for us to hear from otherwise.

Last week had yet another solid episode. This is definitely shaping up as the best season so far.

So they called last week's episode the season finale. I assume they just meant the winter finale (and since winter is a season, technically I guess you could call it a season finale...).

Whatever the case, definitely a nice strong cliffhanger, and I absolutely can't wait for what comes this spring. It's kind of what we've all been waiting for.

Yeah great cliffhanger. I've been waiting for this!

I've read many posts from sites saying it likely is taking a break until the Olympics are over. A return in March is likely.
