One of my favorite parts of the movie is when he is about to literally "bring the hammer down" and Chris is dancing.

It goes from all dramatic, complete with scary music, to quiet and awkward with nothing but Chris dancing and singing.

Then Ronin is just looking and says "What are you doing?"

Voice was no longer loud, deep, evil or sinister. It was all regular and stuff.

I was ROLLING. I dont even know if that was suppose to be funny or not. But I was cracking up. The delivery of that line was perfect. Lol

Wow. I just saw this. One of my favorite movies ever. Really funny, great action, and just plain fun. Everyone in the theater seemed to love it too.

Awesome and so much fun. Loves all the characters, I wish Groot was my friend. It's behind X-men DoFP and Cap 2 but it has gone in my top 5 of the year for sure.

The movie was beautiful though and if I was a kid, this would be my Star Wars.

Best comic book movie year ever and we still have Sin City 2 coming up.

"If I was a kid, this would be my Star Wars." Great way to put it, and I was thinking the same thing as I was watching. I was ten when Star Wars came out, and I remember feeling the same way then as I did tonight. I watched it with my 20 year old daughter, and we both walked out saying Guardians may be our favorite movie.

Saw it today and loved it, really good funny movie, action was nice also. I loved all the characters Rocket had me dying and Drax had some good lines as well.

Love when Rocket told Peter to get the mans artificial leg and then when Peter brought it to im he said I didn't really need it while laughing and asking was he hoping around, oh I wish I could have seen him?. Also loved when they were sitting around talking about how they saved Quill

Drax the Destroyer: What percentage of a plan do you have?
Gamora: You don't get to ask questions after the nonsense you pulled on Knowhere!
Drax the Destroyer: I just saved Quill!
Peter Quill: We've already established that you destroying the ship I'm on is not saving me!
Drax the Destroyer: When did we establish that?
Peter Quill: Like three seconds ago?
Drax the Destroyer: I wasn't listening. I was thinking of something else..."

Very good movie...going to add to my Marvel library when it hits Blue-Ray

Saw it Friday in 3D. Very very good--loved the old school music. Would put this up there with Avengers, Iron Man 1 and Cap 2. Marvel has been on a roll. Kinda surprised Bautista held his own in this.

Saw it opening day at a Dell server conference, then saw it again 2nd time around with my GF yesterday. Better 2nd time around, great movie and my favorite Marvel movie of the year I think.

I seen it twice as well and loved it just as much the second time.

I also missed the baby Groot scene the first time so that was pretty great.

I believe so. Many people said it wasn't a "must see" extra scene.

One of my favorite movies of the summer, for sure. Right up there with Cap 2.

I think this is a movie that the GF and I can pop in and watch any time and just find it very entertaining.

Is there a person on the planet who could not love Groot? I mean, seriously, he's one of the best characters ever, and only says one line. Drax was good, surprising Batista did so well with that role. Peter was done well, as was Gamora. The baddie was good, although felt...easily defeated. Those who saw it may know what I'm talking about. Didn't really take much, IMO.

Great movie. Cannot wait to see the follow up to it...

This is such a great movie. I got to see it a few days ago and it is hilarious. I'm going to try to see it again if I have the time. Probably in the top 3 of my favorite superhero movies if not #1
