I can't believe that the brawn tribe is the one that's the most even keeled. They aren't getting any show time because they are just going about their business and executing. I guess its the year of the meathead, considering their performance and the winner of SyFy's Opposite Worlds (If you didn't see it, don't go back and watch it).

It actually makes sense (and adds to why the concept they came up with is just stupid for survivor). The brawn tribe isn't just a bunch of meat heads, they're competitors. If there were a challenge that sent them on Jeopardy then brains may have a chance, but physical or mental "challenges" that would be on survivor should all favor the brawn tribes... as well as being prepared to enter the challenges despite the conditions.

There's more to the game then just challenges. Beauty is supposed to represent the social aspect of the game. It's easier for attractive charismatic people to get others to like them and do what they want.

More reason why this concept is stupid. What you say is true, but how does that work when everyone on your tribe thinks they can do the same thing? It'd work better if they were sprinkled through the other tribes.

I love the show but think it will pretty much continue to be a joke until the merge. Hopefully the brain tribe loses again and they do a pre-merge merge.

That immunity challenge was the most frustratingly funny challenge to watch.

Annoyed at just how pathetic Sarah,Trish were at throwing a challenge. They tried getting Woo to join in,but looked like he didn't care at all about their plan(at least based on how he did the challenge).Bunch of idiots who remind me of the season the tribe threw a challenge to get Russell out. A tribe filled with idiots who did nothing good in the game before that moment,and went on to do nothing after that moment.

And then the Brain tribes performance not just in the reward(which was funniest ending ever) but the immunity challenge. They're officially the worst tribe in the history of Survivor.

A tribe switch! 14 people left,so 3 tribe stuff is likely done. 7 vs 7. So each tribe gonna have 4 girls and 3 guys?!? Doesn't look good at all for this season if a girls alliance does form cause numbers are easily there on both sides. I would've preferred if they just dissolved the brain tribe,bu then you'd have those 3 idiots on the brawn tribe still trying to throw a challenge.

Has there ever been a more pathetic team than Brains? Both challenges were complete fails on their part.

And how long does survivor last? Just curious for the whole chicken thing. The biologist in me cant help but think they jumped the gun on killing the rooster so fast lol. Especially now that it seems that epic fail Brains is forcing the producer's hands with a quick merge.

They had 28 days left in the game, and likely another 12 or so until the merge(where they get a feast/tribe combines food) so might as well get the chickens now instead of saving them for later on when lots more food challenges will be happening and there'll be much more food(and less people to share it with).

I find it funny how Survivor always tries having gimmick seasons and then scrap that idea less than halfway into the season.

I know it makes me sound like a puss but I wasn't a fan of the whole "ripping the chicken's head off" scene. I'm not a PETA nut or a vegetarian or anything, I know how the tasty meat gets to my plate, but I'd rather play ignorant to the process.

I was surprised they even showed that. Almost every season they do have someone killing a chicken, but they always cut away from the actual shot when anything like that happens.

Big Brother is the CBS show that lasts a couple of months. No way they could do Survivor for a couple of months. Even 39 days is hard enough for people to do(average Survivor player loses about 20 pounds in that short timespan).

I don't understand how PETA has not gone nuclear on Survivor for this. I have personally only ever encountered PETA one time and it was when they were protesting SERE school when I left and they were lunatics. I was also not really in any kind of mood to be screwed with by an extremist, but if that was their behavior then, I'm surprised they don't plan on travelling to the Survivor location and physically protesting it.

I'm surprised they had LJs line in the episode though where he said that it's the most stereotypical beauty tribe imaginable(because of how stupid the girls were). That's the problem with shows like Survivor today. They go after the most stereotypical people(and it's always the EXACT SAME type of stereotypes every single season!). Models,lawyers,girl with attitude and so on......

As much as it's so stereotypical for Survivor to cast those type of women, would you really want 6 Kass' on the show?

It wouldn't be very exciting, not to mention not very much eye candy.

Maybe the dumbest line from the segment may have come from a man when Jeremiah was like.. "What do I know, I'm a model"

Kass is somewhat under stereotypical role too. She's a lawyer who's like "I'm a lawyer, so I'm used to lying and being ruthless and so on".

In the past, people who weren't stereotypes but were memorable included people like Rupert,Stephanie,Cirie,Boston Rob,Russell,James,Parv among others. Not saying just cause they're a stereotypical survivor castaway means they'll suck, but when entire seasons get filled with them, it does ruin things. Nicaragua season,is example of season with not much stereotypes,but still sucked. Cook Island and Fiji did great job of casting cause they intentionally casted a diverse group with less stereotypes,and both seasons were great.

It's just getting old having every season having abunch of models,lawyers and so on. And those models and stuff are always like "I was a padget girl, so I'm used to competition and having people being mean", kinda funny hearing some people try to relate their life to Survivor.

Fans vs Faves 2 also featured horrible new player cast. But Blood vs Water had great new player cast(one of the best in years), probably just cause it was people on Survivor who knew which family member would be best for the show. Though maybe that's how casting should be? Have former Survivor players be the ones doing casting since they know what it takes to be on the show.
