    Re: RIP Harold Ramis

This news hit me hard. I grew up watching him and his films. I can quote just about every line from every film he was in/directed/wrote.

RIP to a very funny guy. There wouldn't be "college themed comedies" today without Animal House, in my opinion.

Some of his facial expressions in Stripes are priceless....

Man, this one sucks. I loved his movies, either starring or writing. A lot of his movies were ones that me and my dad watched while I was growing up, things like Caddyshack and Stripes.

This one definitely hurt. Ramis had a hand in many of my all-time favorite MOVIES (not to mention directing some great The Office episodes), not just the comedy genre. A very-talented man who was well-liked by his peers.

          Rest in peace.

Ramis was a comedic genius on and off camera.

The comedy world lost a true master.

My ATF movie with him was Stripes. One of my favorite lines was when him and Bill Murray are interviewing to join the army and the recruiter asked them if they are homosexuals....Harold (Russell) responds ...NO, but we are willing to learn...

delivered only the way Harold Ramis could...!

Thanks for everything you gave us Mr. Ghostbuster!
