First trailer is supposed to be attached to Mad Max hitting theaters May 15. I guess Warners have got to get a way to get people to come see that movie

It may end up being alright, but I can't lie, The Dark Knight Returns based Batman is seriously dragging down my enthusiasm for this movie. I'm just not feeling old, armored up Bats. How Charlie Cox played Daredevil is adding to that dislike of this choice. It would also seem as if Lex be younger than Supes as well. We'll see how it plays.

Eisenberg and Cavill are roughly the same age actually. Whether their characters will be similar in age remains to be seen.

I just went looking for it and watched it after I read your post.

I'm incredibly pumped to see this film but the trailer was hardly incredible. Loved seeing Batman in that powered up suit, too bad the trailer didn't show them going at it.

What were those people chanting early in the trailer? I like the bleak look they're painting in the trailer.

Was that Chicago? Wondering, looking at the buildings.

You're pumped up and didn't love the first look at it? Batplane, Batmobile, Batman delivering some nice trash talk to Supes. I believe the people were chanting no more.

After feeling a little uneasy about this movie that trailer just helped put to rest a decent amount of that.

I think the shot of Ben Affleck looking at the Batsuit had Jeremy Irons (Alfred) talking over it. Anyone else agree? What he says is also quite poignant. "That's where it starts. A fever, a rage, that feeling of powerlessness that turns good men cruel." Could be talking about Bruce or Lex.
