Re: Sons of Anarchy [Season 7]
I don't know why but there was next to no emotional impact for me watching the finale, so I'm left pretty disappointed.
I'm glad things didn't go completely south, Dexter-style, but it wasn't anywhere close to Breaking Bad, when I feel it very well could have been up to that standard. They just decided to go down a lot of very boring routes IMO.
Also, can someone explain to me the homeless woman that was always appearing throughout the show? Because even after this final episode, I still don't understand.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Re: Sons of Anarchy [Season 7]
Well I'll leave details of the final show out so no spoilers. Not really any reason to recap anything. Was a good finale. About what I'd expect. I think overall the series was a decent series. Wasn't anything special. Average cinematography, average story. Was a good show to watch each week and wasn't boring. Now it's over, I don't feel like I'm going to be missing something each week, it's just ok, good show, some good tunes, was alright, now it's over.
Like I said, I liked the episode, but I'm still not sure how I feel about the #finalride
I mean, I believe Jax deserved to die and I certainly didn't want to see him go out like another one of my favorite anti-hero's did last year. However, I think after watching Jax complete flawless plan after flawless plan it would have been nice to see his last plan fail. Personally, I would have loved to see Jury's #2 cap him just before he got to the truck or something along those lines.
However, without that Sutter's couldn't have worked his symolism stuff in. And that not so subtle symbolism with Jax sacrificing himself for his "son's", the wine and bread & the raised arms was not lost on me. I guess all of those "JESUS CHRIST's" throughout the series weren't on accident. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

If you remember when Jax when to Brooke's (I think that's her name - Ratboy's old (young) lady) house he discovered that her mom was killed in the same accident as his dad. Then he looked at her dad's wedding photo and it was a picture of the homeless woman. My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Pretty much this. This show was magic the first couple seasons; season 3 finale is probably one of the three greatest episodes of TV I've ever watched. But somewhere along the line, it lost something, and sputtered to the finish line, whereas Breaking Bad went out at the peak of its popularity.
I thought last night's finale was decent...but SOA isn't a show that I'll miss too terribly now that's over. Hoping The Americans fill that spot.Comment

Re: Sons of Anarchy [Season 7]
I didn't really think Jax left the club in a good spot. At all. Taking out the Irish Kings and then splitting town?
Not to mention how/why the other charters would believe Jax would go out guns blazing against his guys in order to lead the po-po on the slowest parade into on-coming symbolism.
I guess Jax had to "go" to break the cycle of his family, but its not exactly a perfectly tied bow.
And the resolution of Chibs and Althea's relationship basically meant it was all a waste of time to me. Terrible storyline this year.

They left too much on the table. What happened after all the mayhem Jax did? How Wendy react? Did the rest of the Kings go after Samcro?Boy this habit is as bad as dope!!!

Re: Sons of Anarchy [Season 7]
I'm hoping for a SOA episodic video game from TaleTell.
edit: Also, if a First 9 is in the works, they need to hire Boardwalk Empires casting director. They nailed the actors/actresses for their characters younger self's.Last edited by jeremym480; 12-10-2014, 03:53 PM.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Amazing and sad at the same time, I wish the series didn't end because it was the only tv series I watched. The ending was predictable but still was great to see it go down.Comment
