I LOVE this show, but it's becoming apparent that the characters and actor's performances are out pacing the plot-lines / writing...

Here's hoping that they regain that balance next season...

      .

Well for me this show has been that way from day 1. The writing style has always been very repetitive, but I like the characters and the rapport the actors have with each other.

Good to see some anger out of Louis I think recently they've gone a little too far with the over-emotional, quirky side of Louis, it's best when they have some balance.

Love the show. Fantastic finale. This particular episode is my favorite of the series.

I thought the last 2 Episodes were excellent. Which is good because imo i thought the start was lacking a little.

I thought the summer finale was great, Louis was really emotional in that last scene. Well done.

For me this was a terrific episode, but it wouldn't have been had they not tamped down Louis' leverage quite a bit by the end of the show. Despite Louis' rage and newfound power, his "mutually assured destruction" agreement forces him on the team, no matter how disgruntled.

Litt was front and center but my favorite scene of the night was Mike and Jessica. It was the first step in the "team" coming together. Another powerful scene was when Litt tells Mike, "Get to work and use that magnificent memory of yours for something more than "bullsitting" you're way through life".

So glad they turned Louis down toward the end. He was becoming cartoonish.

I really hope they table "the secret" angle for a while. Louis making a snarky remark here and there is fine but it shouldn't be a plot device in the near future.

Yeah it was way over the top, he could have just used the info and got what he wanted, but then he goes crazy. It was exactly what Harvey would have done, until he started telling everyone and demanding all the crap. I hope they drop him back down to earth after that.

They kinda lost me with the flashback this week. I didn't really understand it. The present day stuff was good though.

I may not be understanding it right, but they were showing us how Harvey got the client that Louis and Mike were going to see at the end of the episode. I think it was McClendon Motors. And I didn't the understand how the Mike parts of the flashback tied into the story.

The Mike stuff was just showing what he was doing then, not really necessary, but they added it guess to fill time
