One thing that annoys me about this show is that it's "everyone hates Ray"

"Don't hang out with that kid, he's involved with dangerous people...."

Ends up in shooting almost gets killed

"Don't hang out with your grandpa..he's bad"

Ends up smoking pot, almost gets blown up

Everything the guy does, he's looking out for everyone, and everything he tells them to do, they don't do it, and it ends up costing them, but somehow everyone on the show, including Ray, fails to ever bring it up.

Like the wife now, instead of listening to Ray she's going to get herself into a situation that Ray will have to get her out of, even though the last10 things the guy told her to do and she didn't ended up screwing her up even worse.

I feel like they have lost the momentum a bit following the episode after Marvin and Rekon were killed.

Seriously this Cop is gonna risk his career for some strange like Abby who has a husband like Ray?
The head FBI guy would send Volcheck to South Dakota knowing he has the video to put him away?
Havi (sp) is gonna consider betraying Ray for what? Money, he could never operate the way that Ray can/does?
The FBI agent would risk his retirement and pension to answer even one of the reporters questions, when he know he killed Tiny?

What the hell is going on right now. It just went all over and I'm not really liking it.

If this show only had some professional writers.

In addition to N51Rob's points why does Wendell Pierce feel the need to turn on Mickey after finding out about the probable emptiness of the safe? He couldn't wait and set him up another way? He doesn't realize he could be implicated too? I assume WP didn't know that two of Ray's brothers are involved in the crime.

Interesting to see what Mickey does to WP when he opens the bathroom stall. FROM PREVIEWS

Evidently that "strange" has a powerful pull on a cop that appears to be a wimp. The confrontation with Cookie and thugs was about as unrealistic as it gets.

Why is Ezra still on this show?

I'll say it again. I can't think of anyone more annoying in TV history then that reporter.

Specifically, he's a homicide cop. Yesterday was the first time we saw him with his partner. He couldn't have ditched his partner and execute the stop and plant?

Yeah, it was an uneven season, and they're were plenty of holes throughout, but I thought the season finale was great.

1. Avi----Reporter----BOOM!!!
2. Ray---Cookie------BOOM!!
3. Wendell Pierce was as hilarious as he was pathetic.
4. $20,000 on a 50-1 was a stretch but who expected a positive outcome?

I could not figure out where I had seen Abby's lover. Among other roles he was Agent Knox on Boardwalk Empire.

He is also a regular on Chicago PD (NBC)

Ian McShane (Deadwood) and Katie Holmes join the cast as father and daughter.

Ian McShane and Liev Schreiber together as allies could make for an awesome season. Don't really remember much of Katie Holmes as an actress TBH. But McShane is such a great actor.
