Like one of the articles suggested, I wonder if any characters will be let go?

Re: Supergirl (CW)
I'm glad that WB finally relented and let this happen. Fans totally are okay with seeing a iconic hero on TV and then seeing them in a movie too as a different actor.
People who aren't die hard comic fans have to understand how comic book universes work though. Just because you have characters like Superman in a universe they aren't going to swoop in and save the day on the various shows in the shared universe, even if it is something that is totally logical for them to be there. Just have to accept that we will only see him on rare occasions.
Hope this eventually leads to some cameos for Bats in various shows too.Jordan Mychal Lemos

As a huge Smallville fan that would've cemented this show in my book lol, but I'm not sure he would even want to do it.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

Re: Supergirl (CW)
He wouldn't even consider it. He made some great money off the show, but got complacent enough to gain 30 pounds as Smallville winded down. Pushing 40, he would have been a great add to Supergirl, but too expensive.Comment

Re: Supergirl (CW)
I've liked all actors who we've had as Superman over the decades. Some have been let down by the writing and directing choices that were given to them, but I didn't think that any were bad choices for the character. I'm excited to see what the new guy will bring to the role.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Re: Supergirl (CW)
"Wouldn't consider it" seems kind of strong.
That was the quote he gave a few months ago when asked about possibly being Superman on the show.“There’s people who would like it… there’s people who don’t like it, but I will tell you that no one has ever asked me to do it. So, I don’t know. It would be kind of odd. I don’t know who he is at that point. He would obviously be Superman…”Comment

First look at Tyler Hoechlin as Superman
Spoiler
This is like when we first saw Melissa in costume before the series premiered. They need to learn how to take better pictures or something because he just doesn't look right here. Hopefully once we see him in action it'll work like she did. Cause right now, I'm just not feeling it.

Yeah does look weird, at first look it's like a really good CGI model for a Superman game.First look at Tyler Hoechlin as Superman
