I can't even fathom that. You'd have to show me poll numbers and then I still wouldn't believe it...LOL.

It's not something you can quantify, it's an opinion. But just from reading peoples thoughts on internet, I read alot more who didn't want her to die vs ones who did. Similar with Felicity in Arrow a few seasons ago.

I see more who like the "WestAllen ship" than those who don't. Similar to Supergirl how "Supercorp" and "Sanvers" are the ones people seem to like alot. Even Karamel is fairly popular.

So many people seem to want Maggie to return though which is what I think maybe the show wants to leave door open to? She was never supposed to leave, but the actress playing her wanted to do other stuff. I don't mind that though because I never really liked Maggie so much. It would be nice though if we could have the tough/serious Alex Danvers NOT just get broken down by anything that could remind her of Maggie.
I actually liked the Barry/Iris stuff in S3...some of it, anyway. I think I'm in the minority when I say I enjoyed S3 as a whole. Not perfect, not as good as season one (or two...) but enjoyable. I definitely agree that Iris has been a bit much this season.

As for the point about Maggie: just my two cents, but as someone that has been in a similar situation as Alex, I'm liking it. It hurts going through that kind of thing, however strong you are otherwise.

You're right. I was just kidding about not accepting evidence about the popularity of their relationship to illustrate how much I hated their screen time together last season.

Good points, I just felt that their chemistry fizzled even before the kid thing was thrown into the equation.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the show, but DC is cancelling the Supergirl comics. The comics were based around the TV series. Seems like DC is cancelling many other comics too.

Only been 2 weeks without the show but feels like longer. I've been watching past episodes of the show. James was a way more important character in S1 than 2/3 combined lol. At times he was someone Kara likes, and other times he was the one helping her since he was her biggest connection to Clark. And Cat obviously such an important character in all this. Never realizing how important she was until she's not there.

Probably wouldn't be the same(and not worth the extra costs), but too bad they couldn't even do something like film stuff in LA with her. So she doesn't have to be on set with the other crew, but could occasionally pop up during the show like video conferences.

I still watch but for me it is not the same since season 1.

Cat Grant is a big miss. Her scenes with Kara were always great as they had great chemistry together. The villians were much better in season 1. I've mentioned several times that they need to re-introduce Maxwell Lord (a brief mention of his name a few weeks ago was the closest we'll get I guess). Astra & Non were also good villians.

I'd like to see more Martian Manhunter and less of Mon-El & Imra.

                No doubt about that.

Cat was a loss but a little bit of her went a long ways.

I like Lena better. She's hotter and has a better personality, but she's also very potentially dangerous.

For Maxwell Lord, it's not even the actor specifically they need to bring back. Nothing against the actor, but they really could have anyone in a similar type of role. The Edge guy they have is a clear cut bad guy, at least with Max you had a guy who had more layers to him.

Don't know if we'll see more MM simply because of budget. Too bad they couldn't just do something else like him having more Martian powers while staying in his Hank appearance.

S1 had better villains than S2(S2 was basically just a "you're dating my son, I don't approve, I'll destroy your planet" thing). But Reign in S3 I think has been built up much better than the S1 villains.

I'm not reading Supergirl currently but I'm pretty sure you aren't right about this. 99% of the time, the comics don't go along with anything else. The only similarity I can think of is the Green Arrow comic added Diggle.

A new Supergirl series written by Steve Orlando and incorporating elements of the Supergirl television series began in September 2016 (November 2016 cover date) as part of the DC Rebirth relaunch.

Regardless, it seems like the cancellation might've just been moving things in a diff direction.

Yeah, incorporated elements. The comic wasn't based on the show.

lol, as I comment on Maxwell Lord, an episode I saw this week featured him fairly heavily in it(the Bizzaro Supergirl episode). The show really did miss having a character like that on it.

Funny in hindsight watching this episode and seeing one line they mentioned being about "Prometheus". A company Maxwell Lord owned (and used to try and make his own Supergirl).

lol, another Prometheus in Arrowverse. Chase really was 10 steps ahead.

Hopefully they have gone in a different direction with some stuff since the last set of episodes. The sooner that legion story is done, the better.

The opening of the episode was the best part. Wasn't expecting that at all. LOL, she literally does put the KARA in Karaoke.

The whole time I was thinking that she might be, but after watching Young Sheldon, I forgot how she looked. Winns mom on the show is the same person who plays Sheldons mom on Big Bang Theory! Both shows she's named Mary.
