Mine is stable right now so im not really wanting to mess with anything.

Just resetting settings is okay, i can always fix that.

What are the good changes/benefits though?

      Re: Windows 10

So i just upgrade win 10 to this new anniversary update. One thing im stumped on finding, I'm guessing they removed is the old System Image Backup which was a carry over feature from windows 7. Its no where to be found.

After the upgrade i want to create a new system image, unfortunately i've spent the last hour looking.....no luck.

      Any ideas?

You found this on the new anniversary edition GMSS? I had this before the update but I now no longer have "Create System Image" on side panel, its not there period.

That's what I was thinking....Thanks! Might just do both to be safe and chuck them in the fire safe thingy. Just hear once in a while of someone losing a HD that had the only copy of all their stuff.

I do backup images on Amazon and our phones do Google backup, so we wouldn't be completely hosed, but safer for sure.

Mind supply a screen grab of it on your machine that way I can compared to my screen because I surely don't see it where it was before the update.

Thanks a bunch GMSS, I might of over looked it. I thought it was on bottom left, I might of not looked up is what happened. Hopefully it is there and its not a issue with the update. I've seen issues with people losing partitions, hell my dad had to roll back to before the update because his router and the update don't play nice......no network connection after update.

The page before the link is on the bottom left. Then when you click on it, it takes you to the page I took a screen grab of and it appears on the top left.

Are you guys saying this update makes your PC set up as a default install?

It only changed a couple of privacy settings I had changed with a program.

It did totally screw up sticky notes and remove all the functionality that you had to customize the notes. Now you can only change the color or make the note bigger.
