Wife and I watched this on Friday. I enjoyed it. It seemed to bore her. Although, that being said, 2+ hour movies are never her thing. I did feel it dragged on a little bit.
I enjoyed it though, good story, I though the movie was pretty well done, even though quite a bit of it was pretty far fetched, but, I mean, I expected that since the movie is about a guy stranded on Mars. Neither of us had read the book prior to watching. Either way, I enjoyed it. I wouldn't go as far as to call it the best movie ever, but I'd say it was for sure one of the better ones I saw from last year.
