Re: Narcos
SpoilerSo I guess blowing up, buildings , killing a bunch of politicians, cops, soldiers, women, tricking a kid who adores you into blowing up a plane while plotting to assassinate the president, kidnap important peoples kids and the vice minister is laid back? While he gets to build his own prison and kills two of his best friends.Granted I know he's done more gruesome stuff thats not in the show but yeah, its gonna be hard to find a villain who's done all that in one season of tv.Last edited by RockinDaMike; 09-04-2015, 10:33 PM.Comment

Re: Narcos
Is it bad that I feel like I have more knowledge now about manufacturing and distributing coke?
This show is like a History/Documentary/Autobiography/Instructional guide.
That's what's so amazing about it.Comment

Re: Narcos
Yeah I get that he was laid back when we first met him on the show. That was a great scene when he was stopped the first time.Comment

Re: Narcos
2 episodes left and it's been quite the ride. I've watched the 30/30 documentary about Pablo before so I knew some good information going into the show.
On side note, the English to Spanish transition back and forth is a little different but after getting used to it works really well and adds to the show's strengths.Comment

Re: Narcos
For me the subtitles are actually a negative.
To be honest...a lot of times I'm "watching" a show ....I'm really only listening while I'm doing something else.
Tough to do with this show since me no speaky the espanol so good.
Good show though.

Re: Narcos
Watched the 1st 5 episodes. It's been pretty accurate to the documentaries I've seen on Escobar.
The wife and I are enjoying this very much..

Re: Narcos
Escobar went to great heights to win. But he rarely showed any fear in the process.
